Hi im on mobile and I cant see the rules, taken characters or how to apply!! Im very rusty when it comes to tumblr so is there any other way I can see it?

Hey hi! Here’s a handy copy-paste ;) 

1. RULES

APPLICATION AND RESERVATION RULES 1. You can pick any Hazbinverse canon character or apply to join with an OC. There are different character sheets for canon and OC applications: check them out at HOW TO APPLY. 2. Please only apply for 1 character or OC for now! Once you’re in the server for 2 weeks, you’ll be allowed to take up a second character/OC. 3. You can reserve a character by DMing us about it! It’ll stay reserved for 1 week. By that time you have to submit your character sheet or else your application will expire. 4. Please send in your application through the DMs. If it’s accepted, we’ll send you an invite to the Discord server. If not, we’ll let you know why it was rejected. Either way, you’ll hear back from us! IN SERVER RULES 1. Please post a short introduction of yourself in #introduction and your character sheet in #canon-character-sheets or #oc-character-sheets according to the template after joining! 2. Canon characters include all Hazbin/Helluva-verse characters who have a page on Hazbin Hotel wiki, even if they did not show up in the show yet. OCs are the characters of your own creation which you weave into the universe yourself! 3. After 2 weeks in the server, you can take up a second character to play (canon or OC) but make sure you don’t get overwhelmed and have the time to roleplay both characters adequately! If you want to take up a second character, just send the new extra character sheet to one of the mods for approval. 4. The roleplay channels are divided into chat (group or dm) and literate RPs. Refer to the channel descriptions for explanations of how these channels can be used. 5. Since Vivzie’s shows themselves deals with many dark/nsfw themes, nothing is off the table here: unless it’s on the blacklist. Please respect the blacklist for the comfort of everyone involved! If you want to talk about a blacklisted topic anyway, make sure to mark it as spoiler and add a TW in front of it. If you want to add something to the blacklist, you can message any of the mods and it will be updated anonymously. 6. Be nice to each other OOC. Sure, characters can have drama, be assholes, and despise each other’s guts, it’s hell, but please please let’s keep it fun for each roleplayer here. 7. Make sure your characters aren’t overpowered. For canon characters: keep it reasonable considering their canon role. For OCs: the abilities should be within reason too! 8. This is an 18+ server, NSFW jokes can be made in RP and OOC, however, please don’t spam nudes everywhere! We have a special channel for that: #nsfw. If you’d like to take an RP to smut: do this in #nsfw-lit. 9. Your own characters CAN interact but it should be avoided. Let’s not have a situation where you’re roleplaying only with yourself! 10. Shipping is totally ok if both parties involved agree to it. However, this is not just a shipping server, so make sure your roleplaying isn’t always about your ship! Likewise, you cannot seriously injure or kill another character without their roleplayer’s permission. 11. You can always dm the mods privately if something is wrong. If you have suggestions for improving the server or new channels to add, you can also do this in #channel-requests. 12. There is a special channel for any headcanons you might have that did not make it into your character sheet: #headcanons. Please keep this channel clean, with JUST the headcanons. You can discuss them with others in #headcanon-discussion 13. We have a vent chat, but if you don’t want to see it, please feel free to mute it! We wouldn’t want to make you feel down. 14. When roleplaying in the dm chat RPs, make sure you only use the channels which are OPEN. After you’re done using the channel for talking with another character, please post (OPEN) so that others can know that! Same goes for literate channels! 15. Literate channels are turn-based. Please decide on the order of replies among each other when you use a lit channel. If a roleplayer does not answer to their turn after a week, they can be skipped. 16. Please try to be active! Life can get busy but if you don’t roleplay for 2 weeks, you will be messaged by the mods to see if you’re still interested in the server. After 4 weeks of no roleplay, you may be kicked out from the server. To avoid this, you can request a hiatus for a longer absence by dming any of the mods! 17. Have fun!!

If a character is not in Hell in the canon or is in another part of Hell to Hazbin or to Helluva, how do you portray this in the server? Or is it to be assumed that all characters are in Hell?

Hi! The location for literate channels are decided by the involved roleplayers and can be added, so whether your character is from Hell, from heaven, or from the living world, it can be managed! As for the chat channels, we have a "hell-open-forum" channel which is used often, but we can agree on an angel/human muse visiting hell temporarily and hence getting access to the forum and the dm contacts for all other characters ;) All can be figured out!
