we've always known we were each other's. there was never a discussion about being exclusive, we were just in love with each other. when I told him I was pregnant, he hugged me and told me we would figure it out, we were keeping it and it wasn't even a question. so when he asked me to marry him we laughed and OF COURSE I said yes. but in typical Bob fashion, he planned it out and got the whole thing on camera. we were in the middle of a pregnancy shoot where we were trying to get some shots of us together, and it all came out so perfect! now we'll have these moments to look back on for the rest of our lives. my king, my partner in crime, my ride or die, my best friend. I love you to the moon and back, babe!! 💞

@steveanderson56863 brought this photo up the other day. I can't believe this was four years ago! this was the middle of the winter, about 11pm at the top of Mt. Lafayette which was the last of the three 4,000 footers on the ridge we did that night. man, I miss this crew and this time of my life every single day! we were always looking for a challenge and enough suffering to really make us feel alive. while life is a little more calm these days as I prepare for this next new adventure in life.. I will always look back on memories like these that shaped me into the person I am, remembering that life can be so painfully, exhaustingly, and mentally hard.. but it all pays off in the end. #climbing #mountaineering

tonight was so perfect. quality time with @rbrtvns, feeling and watching our girls dance around in my belly. being able to share that experience with him is so magical. ✨ then we sat outside while the sun set and cooked a delicious meal on the grill. my heart is so filled with love, a love I never knew existed. this is truly the greatest adventure, and it's just beginning. 💞

my everyday protein packed smoothie: banana, walnuts, almonds, frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, 2 scoops of peanut butter, 1/4 cup super yogurt with EPA & DHA omega 3s, a scoop of protein & greens that has 20gs of protein! it's super important to be getting lots of protein, omega 3s, and calcium during pregnancy- atleast 100gs/day for twins if not more (recommended up to 170!) to help ensure optimal birth weight and longer gestation. I've gained almost 30lbs with this pregnancy already at only at 21 weeks, and ya know what? I've never felt better! sure, if I wasn't so limited as to how much exercise I could handle I could be more tone and the pounds wouldn't pack on as quickly from all the protein (did I mention not climbing is killing me?!). but all I care about at this point is giving my babies the best chance at being healthy! #21weeks #pregnancy #twinpregnancy #twinning #healthy
