“Hyung.. Hyung i need-”
“Shhh Taetae i know.”
Yoongi steps into the room carefully. His own wolf is literally screaming at him from the inside trying to claw its way out because all it knows is their mate is right there and in heat. Yoongi knows his eyes are like Taehyung’s only his are flashing between their normal brown and bright red because he’s fighting so hard not to mount Taehyung who doesn’t even know what he’s asking for. The closer he steps to the bed where Taehyung is laying the more the younger arches his back and begs.
Yoongi soothes him by gently running his nose against Taehyung’s neck, not really marking him but scenting him enough for Taehyung’s wolf to feel relaxed. The elder slowly rubs at Taehyung’s stomach and when he talks it’s almost whispering.
“Taehyung you’re in heat.”
Taehyung is quick to try and tell Yoongi that’s not true, it can’t be true, because he’s human. He’s always been human. Before he can though another whine leaves his mouth as more heat pulses through him.
“You’re an omega Taehyung. I can smell it on you. You’re in heat and…… and our wolves are mates.”
As hard as it is Yoongi manages to calm Taehyung enough to explain that he can help Taehyung through his heat but once they mate it’s for life. He refuses to touch Taehyung in any sexual way until the younger is 1000000 percent sure he understands and wants to be with Yoongi for life and when he does say that’s what he wants Yoongi and him spend the next three days having very dirty, slightly bloody, heat sex. :)
Having omega Taehyung when he’s not completely fucked out and heat filled is actually really funny. At least Yoongi thinks so. The alpha tries really hard to be a good mate and alpha and explain anything Taehyung may be curious about but sometimes Taehyung ask questions like “So, hyung, can we get fleas?” and all Yoongi can do is roll his eyes at his mate.
They both quickly figure out Taehyung’s nose is very sensitive to smells, especially Yoongi’s smell. Before Taehyung just always though his nose was just special as a human but now that he knows it’s because of his wolf senses he has the time of his life going around and smelling EVERYTHING.
Yoongi finds it especially adorable when he walks into his now shared room with Taehyung and catches the younger with his nose pressed against Yoongi’s favorite pillow as he naps. It sends a pang of affection for his omega because even in his sleep his mate is searching for his scent to feel comfortable and now that Yoongi thinks about it all the past cuddle sessions with Taehyung sniffing him makes a lot of sense.
Yoongi just smiles and tosses his shirt on the floor before sliding into bed and hugging his mate close so they can both sleep together.
Taehyung is basically like a pup. Even though he’s technically a wolf that should be matured by now since he didn’t know what he was it’s like he has to learn everything for the first time.
Yoongi watches with fond eyes as he talks Taehyung though his first time shifting. It’s a kind of painful thing to do the first time but Taehyung handles it well enough and it makes Yoongi feel proud that his omega is strong enough to only whimper once or twice as his bones shift until he’s a beautiful caramel brown wolf.
As soon as Taehyung is in his wolf form Yoongi shifts as well into his own midnight black wolf and the first thing he does his nuzzle against Taehyung. Seokjin scolds them for shedding fur on the couch but they both just roll their eyes (can wolves do that?) and run outside to play together.
Taehyung chases after Yoongi and tries to nip at the alpha’s tail while Yoongi growls playfully and rolls on top of Taehyung to gently bite at the omega’s snout until he whines and bares his neck. They just are having so much fun and are SO IN LOVE.
Taehyung’s face when Jimin tells him omegas can get pregnant with pups is literally so hilarious.
Yoongi walks into the room to see 95 line laying together and chatting and that is normal but what is not normal is Taehyung’s wide eyes and opened mouth and all he can do is raise an eyebrow until Taehyung jumps up.
“HYUNG I CAN HAVE PUPPIES??!?!!”
Yoongi coughs. He was going to explain to Taehyung that it’s rare for male omegas to be able to have pups and it was mostly female omega but Taehyung’s shocked face is just so funny he wants to play along with teasing his mate.
“Yeah babe, you can have up to like ten pups your first litter.”
Taehyung nearly passes out while Yoongi and Jimin laughs so hard their faces go red.
(Seokjin scolds them and tries to ground them for making poor Taehyung almost faint)
