Sometimes I’ll be minding my business and then remember how different my life experience is from some of my friend’s. Like a lot of them have lived here in a nice neighborhood in a good town w little crime their whole lives but when I moved here it took me months to get used to not hearing sirens all the time. It’s STILL weird to me to hear a siren and it’s almost always an ambulance or fire truck, bc back home it was almost always a cop car. Idk. Weird
