He really wants the man to Own Him. Genuinely, not just sexually but every way. He's exhausted, and he needs the lack of control. ... But he doesn't feel right talking about it. He doesn't want to be Like Other Doms of mine, and he also doesn't want to burden his partner.

He cannot stop thinking about eloping. He's trying extremely hard not to rush things and he keeps smacking into rushing like he's stubbing a toe in the dark.

He also REALLY can't stop thinking about kids. About retiring. About paternal life alongside Illinois.

He's not ready at allllll. He's also locked in on "how the fuck do I act forceful. Why am I struggling with this when it comes naturally with anyone else." The age old "this one is different" struggle lol

...there is a creeping jealousy. He's been ignoring it for a long moment, generally unbothered.

...but Kursunav has a way of making a man crave.

Man’s been known to go take care of his own wounds and pop by when he can move without risking killing or permanently deforming himself, and when he can cover things with bandages…. Overarch!Avaris, how do you feel with the difficulty of Illi’s overarch? It must be difficult with how he loves you but naturally is so— prickly, defensive like he’s about to be killed, his tears when you hit anywhere close to home for him, and is just overall a hypocrite… arrogant but bad self worth in what he allows, tries to be open but so easily closes off. Things he thinks others deserve (such as to be safe, protected, etc), he thinks he doesn’t and that he made the choice not to be—

That he has such a Control issue, internally tense despite externally looking relaxed and nonchalant
