It's super interesting! There's this thing called convergent evolution where animals that aren't closely related develop similar characteristics/appearances to take advantage of similar living conditions. One example is ichthyosaurs, which look like a cross between a fish and a dolphin and lived during the Triassic to Cretaceous periods, but were actually reptiles! Whereas dolphins are, well, mammals.

Blood spatters typically help in how long the victim has been dead, where they were killed, how close the murderer was, etc! Such a big job for something so pretty yknow?
