I suppose most people go through some odd and unfavourable times. I am no different, and I can forgive it. It is life, after all. In my pursuit of love, I found only suffering. I suspect it was more that I fell in love with ‘potential’ than the ‘actual’. And, of course, happiness eluded me, if only for a moment. Yet, it was enough to make me lose direction as well as perspective. On my return from the abyss of self-pity and loathing, a friendship suffered and was severed. But, a new and better fellowship was born out of it. Anger is an old friend of mine, and resentment is the name of the game. That is just tiresome, and quite frankly, an utter shame. Honestly—my life pivots on heaven’s best of graces. And, as such, I remain as blessed as I am acutely self-aware. I prevail.

Made Whole

January 2019

I relish your bestial and raw libido; I looked upon your womanliness and beheld the glistening glow overwhelming the realm between your legs. Yes, I have been a bit naughty, enticing you all day with tales of foxes in caves and those of creatures that burrow the earth. They deny not their nature, for it is indeed what makes them whole.

Your curves command the very rhythm of my palms as they explore the elevations and the dips of your untamed temple. Your senses are heightened, and the radiance of your aura engulfs all ambient energy. Chaos ensues, and the silky sea of fabrics scattered over wooden frames that hold our sleeping chambers begin to rupture. I am within you, and our spirits are entangled. As if my Being reunites with a familiar companion, compelled by an unchallenged truth, I am made whole.

The air around us overfilled with the redolence of wetness and sweat. I kiss the pelvic lips as I would kiss those on your face. Listen carefully, hear the pounding in your ribcage! The master of your passions yearns for this to be the unending tale. You cry out to the welkin, and my name is heard across the starless night. And although your voice echoes not, your moans inspire familiar melodies of old. As if your Being reclaims that which was lost, but now found. You are made whole.

If this is what you're always going to do... block people, then fine. Walk away, Henry... Walk away like you always do when things don't go your way. You want the impossible from people.
