In a clash of kings Jaqen H’ghar offers to take Arya away from harrenhal, across the narrow sea. It is interesting to me that if she had taking the offer she might have ended up in a very similar situation to where she is in a dance with dragons. Obviously, everything she goes through in the Riverlands is extremely important to her character development. But it still makes me think that the faceless men have been watching westero for a while now. They have been waiting patiently for an opportunity.

I had started this for Christmas 2014, when there was a trend about characters wearing ugly Xmas sweaters. Back then, Myrishswamp had said that she’d like to see Jaqen and Arya in that style, so I decided to oblige. Of course, being me, that meant it was going to be finished more than a year later! Anyway, as my pretentious handwriting states, those are (my first try at drawing) Jaqen and an older Arya. I hope you like them!
