{ X } — "I'm calling you a dumbass because you're being one. And if you don't give it to me, I'll burn it down to ashes." The other should not speak to her in such way, not only because she was a goddess but because that was her way of being sweet to stranger. After all, in the end she was going to teach him how strategy worked, was she not?"

“Tch, who you callin’ dumbass— well look here, what if I don’t want to give it to ya?”
Stubbornly speaking with the other, he was easy to work up when he was told what to do. Especially when crass words were thrown to him, his brows knit together in defiance. His eyes shining obstinately as he held his ground with the other.

—Alice? White Rabbit? Thomas wondered if she was speaking in character, blinking at her with a subtly puzzled yet interested look.
"I’m afraid that…I was not looking for an Alice."

{ X } — At this she rolled her eyes and sighed. "I'm not blind, I can see that you half horse but that does not fret me so again, shoo, shoo, shoo." She said the last one firmly, as if demanding for him to go away.

The face looked important and he raised a brow, no he wasn’t sure who she was. Though he wasn’t going to be shoo’d away. “Hey I’m half horse, not half bird. ” Nox gestured to his lower half as he spoke.

{ X } — Anyone could see that he was her child and that made happy. To know that at least one of of her children had inherited the same air of elegance that she had and was just as polite as her though, she had to admit, he was much more. Capricorn was much more calm, at least in her eyes, while she had a lot of bottled up rage that many people had already seen and would never like to see again.
{ X } — "Why of course, I would love to." The smile on her face did not fell at any moment, her eyes slightly squinted because of this but she did not mind. It wasn't a tiring smile like the one she always has to show off, it wasn't one that made her cheeks hurt. It was a true one. "As long as you don't forget yourself, child." She sighed lightly but happily, not wanting to discuss such subject.

As he watched her, listened to her words, he nodded carefully. But hey, at least he treated her with respect she should and be expected to be given. Subtle taints of enchantment arose his soul, the flickering bright flame inside — to commence coalesce.
❝Yes, mother, I understand. Would you like a drink? We can sit down in the sunroom.❞ He thus contemplated of her understanding. There were the others; Gods, Goddesses, et cetera. Zodiac signs were merely a fragment of the miscellany the resembled Greek mythology. ❝That is true, however, I always must put my mother first. He reassured her. The sunroom’s right this way.

MYTHOLOGY ♦ GREEK
HERA  (/ˈhɛrə/, Greek Ἥρα, Hēra, equivalently Ἥρη, Hērē, in Ionic and Homer)   Is the wife and one of three sisters of Zeus in the Olympian pantheon of Greek mythology and religion. Her chief function was as the goddess of women and marriage. The cow, lion and the peacock were considered sacred to her. Hera’s mother is Rhea and her father Cronus. Portrayed as majestic and solemn, often enthroned, and crowned with the polos (a high cylindrical crown worn by several of the Great Goddesses), Hera may bear a pomegranate in her hand, emblem of fertile blood and death and a substitute for the narcotic capsule of the opium poppy. A scholar of Greek mythology Walter Burkert writes in Greek Religion, “Nevertheless, there are memories of an earlier aniconic representation, as a pillar in Argos and as a plank in Samos.” Hera was known for her jealous and vengeful nature, most notably against Zeus’s lovers and offspring, but also against mortals who crossed her, such as Pelias. Paris offended her by choosing Aphrodite as the most beautiful goddess, earning Hera’s hatred.

{ X } — She sighed at the language he used, staring at him for a minute. If he had managed to simply see her like that and was an actual Greek then that meant something and she knew it. "Θα πρέπει να κάνετε για αυτό, αλλά επειδή είμαι ωραία σήμερα, μπορείτε απλά να μου πεις ποιος είσαι."

{ X } — Hera smiled at his actions. Oh, how she wished that every one of her children would treat her with such kindness but she knew they were all too used to her presence to do so; everyone seemed to be all too used with her presence. She shook her head lightly, a smile that reached her eyes tugging itself on her lips while she said, "There's no need to these formalities, really, child; as long as we talk in respectable manner, that satisfies me."
{ X } — At this she let out a light chuckle, having to cover her mouth to disguise the sound of her light giggles and laughs. "You're elegant nonetheless, love, and addressing to you as Capricornus makes it seem like you're all grown-up." Which he was, deep down she knew that, but she would never admit that she had lost that much. "Ah, thank you, child, but don't abash yourself to flatter me. After all, when we're suited and pretty, we must admit that." And ah, how was he pretty. She knew and she was expecting it but not when most of her children simply didn't seem to care about looks as much as she did.

Upon viewing his mother, there were similarities among the two; Intelligence, properness, sophistication. A smile reached the creases of his lips, cracking them in a small grin. He hence grasped his mother’s hand with a gentle grace, a bow would preform as well as a skin on the back of the hand. You had to respect your mother, the Greek Goddess.
❝Please, mother, address me as Capricornus. It sounds elegant and sophisticated.❞ He stated. ❝Oh, but you are only ever be outstanding beyond my levels, no matter the habiliments you suit, mother.❞  Doe optics would scrutinize the shorter woman. Had he to avow his circumstances? Capricornus and Hera would rarely see each other.

{ X } — It was not as if she didn't had previous commitments to do that day or people who had been meaning to get an answer from her for long times now. But they could be put in wait. After all, had they waited all of this time why wouldn't they continue to do so? The goddess was going to see the son she almost never managed to come in contact with, for his was attached to the sky and even though she could always look up to the stars, it wouldn't be the same thing as actually coming in communication with him.
{ X } — At his presence, she smiled; a genuine smile that no one had seen in a while, not even her, and most probably wouldn't be seeing again anytime soon. He was beautiful, not that she hadn't already acknowledged that. Hera rested light hands on his shoulders, cleaning dirt from the suit, a dirt that didn't exist but still, and looked up at the Zodiac. "Capricorn." A deep breath and an almost relieved sigh at speaking his name. "Haven't you dressed just beautifully today? I cannot lie, this apparel suits you, indeed." And again, the cleaning of the non-existent dirt.

There stood the young Zodiac, at least compared to his mother—Hera. Stand up straight. Hands folded behind your back neatly. Chin high, expectations low. He could comprehend his mother visiting him—albeit her frantic business,  being the mother, the Goddess of many progenitors.
He especially made the diurnal time of the works days set aside for his one and only technical mother. He stood, awaiting her elaborate, radiation of a presence bestowed upon him. Thankfully. He even dressed in a black suit with a brown tie. One his mother would appreciate.
❝—Mother,❞ he started, his fawn-adapted eyes enchanting her presence. Still beautiful as ever.
