Theory, Derek never lost his Alpha status, he just used so much of it to save Cora he effectively became a Beta.

That's why Derek's eyes turned red at the end of the movie, his Alpha spark was suppressed, not gone

I think he'd be Lawful Good with a hunt of neutral cos he does make few decisions which are self serving , he mostly tries to do what is morally right most of the time and makes an attempt at being someone who abides by the rules or very rarely breaks it.

Discussion Time:

What would you consider Scott McCall? Lawful Good, Lawful Neutral, or Neutral Good. I feel that Lawful Good wouldn't work because he makes a bunch of decisions that are actually self-serving. But then, most people do. And he doesn't always do things for everyone's best interests, but for his own.

I know Stiles and Derek are very much Chaotic Good. They're willing to break the rules to do what they feel is right and just. They're pretty easy to pin down.

And Peter is somewhere between Neutral Evil, and Chaotic Neutral most of the time.
