You know what never mind that. I am not going to be so hard on myself and restrict and feel low, I’m gona do things the right way. I am not going to spend $ on fast food and lower my health and eat more, I am going to meal prep. Feel good. I made barley and quinoa for my lunch and dinner meals for the next 3-4 days and I think it will be good. I’m ready to start doing things the right way seriously.

I’m feeling anxious. Ana haunted me for such a large part of my teenage years, into my early 20s, but I find myself reverting back to my old ways and thoughts. I remember I used to calorie count to the point I was memorizing foods by the calories only and I wouldn’t skip a day of calorie counting, it was so stressful but pleasing? I felt like I was in control. Where as now I am lacking that in my life. Here we go again.
