I am not going to fight nobody over my meaning of saying that D is like everyone else. She wants the Iron Throne and the pattern through all five books show that people who wants the Iron Throne, end up doing terrible things for it. It’s the one ring of Westeros and it needs to be destroyed. Meeren was her white girl summer in a third world country and y'all need to accept it.

The information that Lyanna went with Rhaegar willingly means nothing to me because at the end of the day once she got to the Tower of Joy she could neither freely leave nor contact her family. Also she was fifteen.

Sansa Stark Remembers
She remembers every moment of tyranny she has experienced, personal and political.  She remembers how it felt to be loved in Winterfell, and how it felt to be beaten and humiliated in Joffrey’s court.  How it felt to be highborn in the North, and a bastard in the Eyrie.  But most importantly she remembers how to be good, and kind, and full of light and life.  How to love others and inspire love herself.  She has remained resilient in the face of depression and oppression, and remembers every second of it.
And now she’s dedicated herself to fighting against tyranny wherever it is found. Not because she’s power hungry or manipulative, but because she knows how it is to be crushed by an archaic system of monarchs who would rather rule by fear than love.
Sansa is gentle, intelligent, and restrained, while also being fiercly defensive of the freedom she has earned and the Kingdom she loves.  Her character has been maligned by show watchers and book readers alike, as naive and weak, but that has never been the case.  She is bold and self-sacrificing, willing to risk her life for the safety of others (Margaery, Blackwater, Lancel, etc.).  She has never been an afterthought to GRRM, and it has always been unbelievably foolish to dismiss the undeniable portrayal of feminine strength and resilience her character has been.  This was always her destiny, and it is so incredibly earned.
She will be beautiful and just.  Singers will carry the tales of the Lady Wolf of Winterfell, who fought tooth and nail for the independence of her Kingdom.  She will be a Queen worthy of the most beautiful and romantic songs.
All hail Sansa Stark, Queen In The North.
LONG MAY SHE REIGN

“I want to see my sons again,” she told her septa, “and Helaena, my sweet girl, oh…and King Jaehaerys. I will read to him, as I did when I was little. He used to say I had a lovely voice.”

Jon Snow & Sansa Stark Book Parallels & Mentions 2/∞ : Finding comfort in their wolves
Strong hands grasped her by the shoulders, and for a moment Sansa thought it was her father, but when she turned, it was the burned face of Sandor Clegane looking down at her, his mouth twisted in a terrible mockery of a smile. “You are shaking, girl,” he said, his voice rasping. “Do I frighten you so much?"He did, and had since she had first laid eyes on the ruin that fire had made of his face, though it seemed to her now that he was not half so terrifying as the other. Still, Sansa wrenched away from him, and the Hound laughed, and Lady moved between them, rumbling a warning. Sansa dropped to her knees to wrap her arms around the wolf.  A Game Of Thrones, Sansa I
As he watched his uncle lead his horse into the tunnel, Jon had remembered the things that Tyrion Lannister told him on the kingsroad, and in his mind’s eye he saw Ben Stark lying dead, his blood red on the snow. The thought made him sick. What was he becoming? Afterward he sought out Ghost in the loneliness of his cell, and buried his face in his thick white fur.  A Game Of Thrones, Jon III

I’m doing a game of thrones reread and it’s really interesting to me that a feast for crows is most people’s least favorite book in asoiaf. Even the first time I read the series it was one of my favorites. I understand the criticism that it’s “slow” and doesn’t progress the plot as much as other books, but I still love seeing more of dorne, the river lands, and the iron islands. It doesn’t hurt that I’m obsessed with cersei chapters and Sansa in the vale by far is my favorite unfolding plot, but I think affc gets too much hate

essos fashion
two outfits that I designed as examples of clothing you might find in Essos, inspired greatly by persian and tunesian fashion. Of course I had to draw Daario, the absolute fashion icon, and then I choose Jaqen as the other model simply because I like drawing him😌
