❀ the room always dimly lit no matter the time of day. during the day the windows are covered with curtains that let the light bleed through just a little. at night warm lamps and strings of lights are on, never is the Big Light on unless someone doesn’t get the memo when walking in.

❀ the walls are covered in art projects, posters of musicians, pictures of moments i cherish, notes and reminders that i don’t actually read, and random pretty things that could be hung on a wall

❀ the walls are blue (a color my parents just barely agreed on painting my room when i got the chance)

❀ every surface is occupied by something. old cups, candles, notebook, books, incense or trinkets that’s been collected over the years

❀ incense holder 、originally intended for, well, incense, and it was used for that for a while, but after a while it became something for nat to burn cigarettes on (which i allowed)

❀ cd and cassette player 、i got this when i was thirteen for my birthday, and it’s been very well loved over the years. i have a box meant for the cds and cassette near it

❀ rainbow star nightlight (?) 、saw it in the store while with my mom, she agreed to get it as long as i did a couple extra chores

one . my first tattoo, i got it on my 18th birthday. the paws are based off my cat’s :3

two . got this in 1992, i drew this myself and got it tattooed

three . i had an obsession with lilly’s of the valley for a moment, got it a year after the second (1993)

four . let a friend that was a beginner tattoo artist practice on me a couple months after three, turned out great

five . matching tattoos with nat, something about celebrating the success of the latest album at the time.

six . let the friend practice on me again, this time i drew the tattoo (above the inside of my right elbow)

HAIR COLORS

nothing can keep me away from that bleach and dye … these are three of many hair colors i have, but these are most notable. + no 1 and 2 is always reoccurring
