Myla stood tense and still on the cracked floor below her, afraid to move an inch lest it give out and make her fall. Something like adrenaline pumped through her artificial body, making her shake and time move seemingly at a snails pace, which made it torturous to hear another crack above her. Slowly, she looked up and frowned deeper, getting tenser and tenser as she watched a crack create a chunk of ceiling that was shaking loose fast. On impulse she stepped back to try and avoid it, making the floor behind her give out just as the piece of the floor above finally shook loose. She fell backwards, slamming the back of her head into the intact floor and falling the full length to the floor below on her back. The sheer force of her body hitting the ground was enough to crack it, and the ceiling hitting her and shattering her stomach was enough to break it. She fell again, the weight of the drywall and cement combined with her own rock and clay body was enough to smash her through the next floor, and the next, and on and on and on and on and on. She was falling forever. Down a long long inky black chasm. She had stopped feeling the jarring hits on each floor as she descended, now it was only this long long fall. She could hear something akin to joyous singing, and it rang louder and louder and more and more shrill in her ears the deeper and deeper she fell, it huR t.
