Dateline received very clear instruction from the buying team that this product was not to be sold to franchisee unless it was for personal use only. If you have purchased this product to sell in the store, please remove immediately and return to Dateline for a full credit. Conair Distribution Some of you may have received communication that Haircare Australia is now the distributor of BaByliss Pro and RUSK. Please note, this change DOES NOT affect Hairhouse Warehouse. We still work DIRECTLY with Conair, and it is business as usual. Haircare Australia is only handling individual salons and wholesalers.
Ghd Copper Luxe Ghd sales of the Copper Luxe collection are underway! Please note they have almost sold through of stock on the Air dryer.
Caron Wax To help kick-start the waxing key season, instead of our normal 15% discount off market cost, Caron is offering 25% off for their opening order parcels for the month of November! In addition, they have also created a smaller parcel for the stores that want to have waxing but cannot dedicate a large amount of space. This will be the standard 15% off list and provides an encompassing yet edited range.

Campaign manual now available on the IRC
The National Hair Extension Campaign will run from Thursday 18th August – Sunday 28th August 2016 and will be advertised across a number of platforms including; a National Radio Campaign, Flyer, Web Elements, In-Store VM Collateral, Social Media and an eDM will be sent to our member database.
The offer: Hair Extensions ONLY $399*. Includes Full Head Tape Extension application, Style Cut and Finish.
- Full head tape extensions price based on 20” length only and excludes ombre coloured extensions. Subject to appointment availability. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Advertising Activity This campaign will be advertised on Radio as well as with In-Store VM Collateral, EDM’s, Social Media and Web Elements.
The radio campaign will include a combination of traditional ads + live reads by radio presenters during breakfast shows in regional markets and the National Nova drive show in metro areas.

Regional radio can be quite cost effective so we encourage stores in regional areas to consider extending their radio activity into the second week of the campaign.
01/08/16 - Ghd Electric Pink Product Launch – Phase #1 Campaign Now On
PHASE #1 Phase 1 of the ghd Electric Pink campaign will commenced Thursday and will run for a 2-week period (28th July – 10th August). Phase #1 of the campaign includes a Front Waterfall VM display, eDM to our database, Social Media and Web Content.

ghd Platinum Launch Campaign NOW ON!
As we have just closed the financial year, and have also just recently completed our electrical campaign, I want to take this opportunity to express our excitement with the NEW ‘GHD Platinum’ launch campaign which commenced yesterday. I would like to highlight that many efforts across Buying, Marketing and Operations departments have been made to create a campaign together with ghd that I believe is an industry first for our industry.
We have worked for many months now with ghd to establish Hairhouse Warehouse as the destination that owns the marketplace for consumers to shop for the new Platinum product. As part of our planning process, the team presented a proposal to ghd to approve an exclusive launch campaign that would represent Hairhouse Warehouse as a stand out in the industry for this product launch. As a result of these proposals, ghd committed to fund an exclusive TV campaign that also included social media and in store visual merchandising. I am communicating this to you so that you understand that this is an opportunity to create a point of difference to our consumer by maximising a product launch that we believe is attractive and relevant to our customer.
The TVC launched last night with premium placement across programs such as Master Chef, the Voice, the Project, Modern Family, Seven news and Sunrise, as well as a sponsorship of Fashion Blogger’s Season #2 which will reach in excess of 2 million women nationally. We encourage you to share the TVC (on the IRC) with your team as we believe the TV campaign with the expansive exposure and its emotional connection will generate interest and drive traffic. Obviously we also believe that the attraction of our TV campaign and the in-store Merchandising will make us the leading connection with the consumer for ghd Plantinum.
To ensure you capitalise on the power of this advertising campaign alongside with the new exciting launch of Platinum, it is imperative for you to create the Visual Merchandising attraction that we have laid out for you at store level. We have also negotiated a one-off buy price for you to purchase the Platinum product at quantities that enable you to merchandise the product at waterfalls and gondola ends, by ordering at higher margins (42 margin) from our B2B store. This is now available to you, therefore, if you haven’t already taken advantage of this then I encourage you to urgently take action.
