One of the famous delicacies of Laguna was Kesong Puti or the native cheese. Kesong puti is a Filipino soft, unaged, white cheese made from unskimmed carabao milk and salt curdled with vinegar, citrus juices, or sometimes rennet. It can also be made with goat or cow milk. It has a mild salty and tart flavor. When an acidifying agent is used, it resembles queso blanco or paneer.
Kesong Puti is a product of Bagumbayan in the town of Sta. Cruz. It become famous because of its natural taste of cheese and its health benefits.
Kesong Puti celebrates its own festival or known as Kesong Puti Festival in Sta. Cruz Laguna. It had been celebrated on different dates since it was first held ten years ago, but this year, it was celebrated on May 7-12.
The municipality have a trade fair in the front of Liwasang Sta. Cruz showcasing Kesong Puti and other products of the city. Kesong Puti (native white cheese) is best served with hot “pandesal,” a yeast bread popular in the country. It is a rounded bread made of flour, eggs, yeast, sugar, and salt. Kesong puti and pandesal can be both served with coffee or hot chocolate in the morning.

The Nagcarlan Underground Cemetery is a national historical landmark and museum in Barangay Bambang, Nagcarlan, Laguna supervised by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines. It was built in 1845 under the supervision of Franciscan priest, Fr. Vicente Velloc as a public burial site and its underground crypt exclusively for Spanish friars, prominent town citizens and members of elite Catholic families. It is dubbed as the only underground cemetery in the country.

Pagsanjan Falls, also known as Cavinti Falls (indigenous name: Magdapio Falls) is one of the most famous waterfalls in the Philippines. Located in the province of Laguna, the falls is one of the major tourist attractions of the region. The three-drop waterfall is reached by a river trip on dugout canoe, known locally as Shooting the rapids, originating from the municipality of Pagsanjan. The falls can also be reached from the top by a short hike from Cavinti. The main falls are actually located within the territorial jurisdiction of Cavinti, Laguna, approximately 3.2 Kilometers away from the boundaries of Cavinti and Pagsanjan, but the more popular access by canoes originates from the town of Pagsanjan.

Pagsanjan Church, known as Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Church, designated as the Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe of the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Pablo , is the only Roman Catholic Church in Pagsanjan, Laguna , Philippines , and the oldest church in the Philippines under the patronage of Our Lady of Guadalupe . It is home to the patroness of Pagsanjan, Our Lady of Guadalupe , whose image was a gift from Mexico. A former visita of Lumban , the parish church of Pagsanjan was founded on November 12, 1687, by Franciscan missionary Father Agustin de la Magdalena as its first pastor (parish priest). The facade of Pagsanjan church is a three-level early Renaissance styled facade with a semicircular arched main entrance, choir loft window and a three-story bell tower. A side chapel near the altar houses an image of San Juan Diego , a replica of the tilma of the Our Lady of Guadalupe and a stone relic from Tepeyac Hill , Mexico City in 1531, the site of the apparition of the Virgin of Guadalupe. The chapel is also a mini-museum containing liturgical vestments of Pagsanjeño priests.

San Antonio De Padua Parish Church is a church dedicated to St. Anthony of Padua where it is founded on the year 1578 by Fr. Juan de Plasencia and Fr. Diegi de Oropesa. This church was the first Antonine Church in the Philippines and in Asia on the year 1581. It is also designated as the National Shrine of San Antonio de Padua (Pambansang Dambana ng San Antonio de Padua) of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines in April 23, 2019. The feast celebration of St. Anthony of Padua is on every 13th day of June. The Pila Church was featured on the year 2007 on the Amazing Race Asia 2 and also on the television drama of ABS-CBN, entitled Be Careful with My Heart.
