I have been like thinking all day and idk this fandom is truly terrible but, like, a lot of people I care about have been affected by that half of the bellarke fandom and I’m truly disgusted by it? But I can’t let these awful women like run me out of town I guess lol. I think more people need to start calling them out on their shit though like even if they do get off on the attention (which, obviously they do lol) because I’ve gotten a lot of messages saying “I’m glad you said it because I was scared to say anything” because THATS how they get away with their gross bullshit because they attack anyone who calls them out on how disgusting they’re being and it’s not!! Ok!! At all!! You’re not policing anything by asking people to be more considerate, you’re not censoring anything this isn’t like LGBT media being censored, this is genuinely harmful works of fiction that they’re putting out for people’s consumption and because AO3 is an open forum, we’re allowed to speak out against it. Just because it’s tolerated doesn’t mean it’s right. Anyway none of this makes sense but I love y'all, don’t be scared 2 speak out about things that make you uncomfortable or trigger you because you deserve to be able to consume fanfiction or go to places you consider safe spaces and not end up feeling triggered.
