So, since I "failed" the fitness challenge a friend gave me after 20 days in December because I got an annoying cold and we're annoyingly doing the reasonable thing and don't do fitness challenges when we're sick because we don't want to risk myocarditis or crap like that... Well, let's do it again:
Start with [somewhat reasonable amount of pull-ups you can do in one day], spread out over the whole day(I usually do sets of 10 or 5, but honestly, we all know we're at different levels and a year ago I would have probably done sets of 1 or 2). And then add 1 for every day for a month.
For me, I start with 25, so I should hopefully end up with 55 on Jan 31. Fingers crossed that it's not just apples but also 50 pull-ups a day that can keep the doctor away this time.

2024-06-04 Rainbow slab
I still hate slab, but having a route that's three to four mental breakdowns before actually having a decent attempt be a rainbow route seems quite on brand for me.

#bouldering#slab#but like seriously why are the mental breakdown slabby ones so often rainbow routes in my gym this feels like a hatecrime
