Everest base camp trek 14 days Trip Highlights
High altitude trek to Everest Base Camp (5,359 metres) and Kalapathar (5,545 metres).
Offers magnificent views of more than 40 peaks including three of the world’s highest (those above 8000 metres): Mt Everest, Mt Lohtse and Mt Makalu.
Takes to Khumbu Glacier (14 km long and 420 metres deep).
Passes through a number of Sherpa villages, including Namche Bazar the gateway to Everest.
About Everest base camp trek 14 days
Everest base camp trek 14 days leads to the astonishing area of the base camp where expeditions set up to attempt the summit of the world's highest peak, Everest. The route up to this historic area offers unforgettable beauty in the alpine paradise of the Himalaya.
The base of the world's highest peak is the very nearest to the summit that trekkers can reach without being a mountain climber on an expedition. The majestic natural surroundings bring travelers from all over the globe to admire the beauty and setting of the world's most famous climb. From Everest Base Camp, we will have up-close views of the challenging Khumbu Icefall and the desolate surroundings.
Our Everest base camp trek 14 days includes some of the best mountain scenery in the Himalaya. The celebrated viewpoint of Kala Patthar (5545 mt, 18192 ft), offers up-close panoramas of Everest and surrounding mountains! At the base of the peaks is the scenic Khumbu Glacial Valley. Along with this trek, we will have memorable views of lofty peaks that soar into the blue sky.
This Everest base camp trek 14 days passes through the homeland of the famed Sherpa ethnicity. The Sherpa are especially renowned for their mountain skills. The Everest base camp trek 14 days gives us a chance to observe the Sherpa lifestyle with wondrous Buddhist monasteries. Wildlife in this area includes exotic alpine animals including the elusive snow leopard and some people even think the yeti lives in the Himalaya here.
Our Everest base camp trek 14 days starts after a short, scenic flight over terraced farmland to the mountain airport of Lukla. We then take our time as we allow adequate time to adjust to the high elevation. We trek north up the Dudh Kosi Valley to the destination known as Namche Bazaar, a town at the gateway to the higher Himalaya. After visiting the famous Sherpa villages of Kunde and Khumjung we continue to the famous setting of Tengboche Monastery, the largest monastery in the region.  From here the trail becomes more desolate as we move higher and closer to the expedition base camp of the highest peak on earth.
Everest Base Camp is the highest point of our trek and a thrilling achievement. We enjoy the moment and the surrounding natural splendor along with views from nearby Kala Patthar. Then we make a pleasant return journey to Namche Bazaar and a finally a scenic flight from the mountain airport at Lukla.
Recommended: Add a cushion of a few extra days in your onward travel schedule, advised as a margin of safety for your international flight from Nepal. Air travel between Kathmandu to Lukla is frequently delayed due to weather conditions and poor visibility. Flights often get behind schedule and delays can even last for days. Under these situations, High Camp Adventure will do its best to re-schedule flights to and from Lukla at first availability. However, the possibility of postponements of flights and even cancellations is a real possibility. We, therefore, advise that you schedule at least an extra two days cushion in your itinerary to avoid conflicts with international flights out of Nepal. In the event of prolonged delays, one option is to arrange a helicopter evacuation at your request. The additional cost of a helicopter flight would be between 500 to 1000 USD per traveler, exact cost dependent on demand and capacity. That said, we would also like to mention that it is also likely that there will be no delays whatsoever. In that case, High Camp Adventure can arrange activities with your additional days in Kathmandu before your flight home.

About Annapurna Circuit with Mesokanto Pass Trek
Any number of words and itinerary cannot do justice to the beauty that Annapurna Circuit with Mesokanto pass trek encapsulates within itself. A trek within the Annapurna Conservation Area is home to the Gurung, Thakali, Magar ethnicity; their multiple dialects and spreads over Mustang, Lamjung, Manang, Myagdi and Kaski district. Shamanism, Tibetan folklore, Buddhist traditions play a huge part in making the Annapurna Circuit a brimming pot of culture and tradition so unique to Nepal. As the name suggests “Annapurna “or the goddess of plenty, this trek offers the wide variety of flora, fauna, and bio-diversity which adds to its rich food tradition and every trekker’s dream, the famous “Thakali Set”. Annapurna region is also home to the ever elusive Snow Leopard and Himalayan Goats. The elevation for this trek ranges from 760 mt. to 5,600 mt. approx.
The culture, the food, and the tradition add more value to the experience of the Annapurna circuit with Mesokanto pass. The journey through Mesokanto-La Pass is one that does not see many visitors for its strenuous nature and makes way through the breathtaking Tilicho Lake which is the highest lake in the world. One cannot help but feel taken back in time; for the lack of manmade structures, make this trek a truly humbling and spiritual experience. This eighteen-day trek is strenuous and technical in nature and is not recommended for beginners. Keeping snow peaked mountains such as Manaslu (8,163 mt.) Dhaulagiri (8,167 mt.) and Annapurna I (8,091 mt.) as a backdrop this trek will take you through the picturesque little settlements along the Marsayangdi river, through apple orchards, small Buddhist stupas, monasteries, bridges laden with prayer flags, the ancient sky caves along the Kali Gandaki river and a taste of the simple life. The night view from Annapurna circuit is just as spectacular as during the day, the high altitude coupled with clear night skies make it the perfect trek for stargazers and mountain chasers.
High Camp Adventure with the number of years of experience in trekking and hospitality in the great Himalayas of Nepal is proud to be a part of the memories of many trekkers from all over the world. Trained in mountain rescue, our guides, who are locals themselves have much knowledge of the culture and traditional ways and are happy to indulge in any queries you might have. Royal Trekking Highlights
A soft trek that prepares for the challenging ones.
Trekked by the British Royal Family in 1980s.
Close view of Majestic Annapurna Range and Manaslu.
Climb through the lush hills between Begnas Lake and Rupa Lake.
Chance to explore local life and agriculture life of Nepal.
About Royal Trekking
Royal Trek is a relatively quick an easy journey through the tranquil foothills and offers astonishing mountain panoramas. The whole Royal Trek can be completed in under a week and is designed for people with less time in their travel, but still wanting something special for a taste of hiking in the Himalaya. The name of this trek was coined after Prince Charles of Britain trekked here in the 1980s. The original itinerary was made with him in mind. It is a moderately relaxed, leisurely trek that travels through the fertile hills north of Pokhara. The trek is filled with the beauty of village scenery and visits ridge top viewpoints with marvelous panoramas of the mountains.
Visitors can enjoy close views of the majestic Annapurnas and Machhpuchhre (aka, Fishtail Peak). The time on the trails is not strenuous. Therefore, trekkers have a chance to explore peaceful villages and their surrounding terraced fields along with thrilling mountain views.
The Royal Trek is easily accessed but at the same time, it does not receive many trekkers. Therefore, it is a magnificent chance to get off the beaten paths and get to know the local communities.
The Royal Trek journey begins with a short and scenic drive from Pokhara before the hiking starts with a climb through the lush hills between Begnas Lake and Rupa Lake and continuing through rural farmland and lush jungles.
Along the trails of the Royal Trek there are few facilities and therefore, we make it a camping trek. High Camp Adventure will arrange a crew of porters to transport provisions and gear, including food and a dining tent, tables, chairs, a toilet tent, and personal sleeping tents. Our skilled chef will provide the day’s meals and in the evening we will enjoy a magnificent camp under the stars, surrounded by the Himalaya and jaw-dropping surroundings while we enjoy supper and a warm drink.
The Royal Trek offers cultural interaction and insights that cannot be found on the busier and more commercialized routes. This trek involves camping in stunning locations and sunset and sunrise views of the Himalaya will be spectacular and unforgettable!
Please Note: The Royal Trek has set departure dates from both Pokhara and Kathmandu. This trek can be personalized to accommodate your specific wishes and timetable.  We can arrange a combination of this Royal Trek with the iconic Annapurna Circuit Trek as well as the Annapurna Base Camp Trek and other inviting options in the area.

Nar and Phu Valley are remote villages off of the main Annapurna Circuit Trek. The area is restricted to regular travel and requires special permits. This Nar Phu Valley Trekking journey really takes trekkers off the beaten path and offers cultural interaction and insights that cannot be found on the busier and more commercialized routes. The route travels through the beautiful landscape that is stark and will be unforgettable. This trek is ideal for adventure seekers looking for something unique and is usually combined with the Annapurna Circuit Trek or it can be done on its own.
The highland valleys of these isolated villages are surrounded by the snowy Himalayan peaks. To the north is the border of Tibet. Many residents in this area have arrived from Tibet and have cultural ties with Tibet and their customs and traditions adhere to a Buddhist way of life in the tranquil mountains. Along these strikingly desolate trails are mani prayer stones, prayer flags, monasteries and other icons of Buddhist faith.
These remote trails were only opened to trekkers in 2002. A relative handful of tourists make a visit each season to the untouched villages of Nar and Phu with a timeless lifestyle. Along with arid terrain, the mountain views of the soaring Himalaya include Annapurna (8,091 mt , 26,545 ft) world’s 10th highest peak, Dhaulagiri (8,167 mt ,26,7795 ft) 7th highest, and Manaslu (8,163 mt , 26,781 ft) eighth highest, and many more including sacred Machhapuchhre (6,993 mt , 22,943 ft) also known as Fishtail Peak. In the steep hills around Nar and Phu Valley, Yarsagumba, a famous fungus is harvested and commands a very high price and is especially relished by the Chinese.
This Nar Phu Valley Trekking begins after a scenic drive and follows the Annapurna Circuit Trek along the breathtaking Marsyangdi River Valley. These trails are part of an ancient trade route between Tibet and Nepal. We branch away from the main Annapurna Circuit route at a village called Koto. We then ascend up an isolated valley to our otherworldly destinations of Nar and Phu villages. The picturesque villages will be a highlight among many highlights and attractions on this adventurous trek to a hidden corner of the Himalaya.
The Nar Phu Valley Trek used to be a camping journey but being flexible with lodging and flooding it can be done as tea house trekking as well. High Camp Adventure will arrange a crew of porters to transport provisions and gear, including food and a dining tent, tables, chairs, a toilet tent, and personal sleeping tents. Our skilled chef will provide the day’s meals and in the evening we will enjoy a magnificent camp under the stars, surrounded by the Himalaya and jaw-dropping surroundings while we enjoy a supper and a warm drink.
There is a lot to explore in the area and it can be easily combined with the Annapurna Circuit if you have the time and interest and would like to extend your journey to this area.
Please Note: Our Nar Phu Valley Trek has set departure dates from both Pokhara and Kathmandu and this Nar Phu Valley Trekking can be personalized to accommodate your specific wishes and timetable.

About Everest Base Camp Trek  Trip
Everest Base Camp Trek (EBC Trek) leads to the astonishing area of the base camp where expeditions set up to attempt the summit of the world's highest peak, Everest.
Our Everest Base Camp Trekking includes some of the best mountain scenery in the Himalaya.
This 14 days Everest Base Camp Trek passes through the homeland of the famed Sherpa ethnicity. The Sherpa are especially renowned for their mountain skills. The Everest Base Camp Trekking gives us a chance to observe the Sherpa lifestyle with wondrous Buddhist monasteries. Wildlife in this area includes exotic alpine animals including the elusive snow leopard and some people even think the yeti lives in the Himalaya here.
Our Everest Base Camp Trekking starts after a short, scenic flight over terraced farmland to the mountain airport of Lukla.
