5 Reasons you should vent out frustrations
Relief– It is important to lighten your heart & soul. In today’s world things are moving fast and one who hangs onto negative emotions loses the pace. It’s best to speak it out and get over with it.
Confidence– Yes! It is important for one’s confidence that they speak out their disagreement and share their opinion. If we don’t, our confidence slowly starts fading away, which affects our professional and personal life.
Happiness– If you keep least in your heart any sad feeling the happier you are in your day to day life and it reflects in your work and daily routine.
Relationship– People who let go off things are good at their relationships be it professional or personal. They are more committed and have higher degree of faith in their relationships.
Health– Last but most important, It is clinically proven if you let a negative emotion go its best for your mind and body and positively affects your happiness quotient in life.
Everybody is carrying a burden of feelings/frustrations/grudges/confessions/anger which they cannot share with anyone as they fear society and judgments. There is a way to do so, just make a short video, confessing your frustration with camera angle at nose and below, to stay anonymous and send it to www.YoBlunt.com. You will feel like you have talked to GOD and have peace. Bless you!

Jai Hind!!!! Bharat Mata Ki Jai!!!!Jai Jawan!!!!
Let’s forget for a short moment that we are Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian or anyone else. Let’s remember we are Indians at the core and that is the most important thing. Let’s forget we support BJP or Congress or any other political party. Let’s forget whether it’s PM Modiji or any other opposition leader who wants us to #sandesh2soldiers. We have on an average 80 years of life, before that we were particles of dust for millions of years. And after living these 80 years we will again be particles of dust on the ground for coming million years. If you take off this small 80 years from equation away the only existence we ever had or will have will be just dust for millions of years. And our home will be The Mother Earth, The ground. And for us 150 billion people called Indians it will be Indian soil which will be our home. Now you understand why it is important to be Indian first as it will not erase with our lifetime as oppose to our caste, creed, political views and status will.
Now bigger question what makes us Indian? Is it our color or our language or our population or weather? It’s our country’s border and our geographical shape of land occupied by our country. Just say ‘India’ in mind with closed eyes and try to visualize, you will not see words but you will see Map of India. Yes that makes us Indian.
There are people who dedicate their entire usable lifetime to protect these borders so that we can call it a country and call ourselves as Indians. It’s so taken for granted by us and we think it’s our birth right to be protected and free. LOL!! someone just shed bucket full of sweat and mug full of blood so you can read this article in comfort of your chair. It takes a different breed of human being to be able to stand there in the dark, in the cold, in the silence, in the heat, in the rain, in the hills, in the forest still be able to take a bullet in the chest when duty calls. Yes we can give thousand reasons and rationalize why our soldiers are doing what they are doing, but will we ever switch places with them for a day. Trust me we will not.
Let’s pledge it to give a message to our soldiers that how much we appreciate what they do and they are not alone. Let’s be thankful to them as we are going to spend this Diwali with our loved ones, in the comfort and warmth of our home with loads of firecrackers and sweets. At least that one man with gun in his hands and eye for any suspicious moment with his all attention away from his loved ones knows that we acknowledge his sacrifices and thank and bless him from bottom of our hearts.
Our Brave and Fearless soldiers keeping the country safe the whole year, day and night are the reason we are able to celebrate Diwali and all other festivals safely. We thank our soldiers for their service and sacrifice and wish them a very Happy Diwali. A picture speaks more than thousand words and a video speaks more than millions of words. To show your devotion to Indian soldiers you can make a 60 second video message as #sandesh2soldiers and send on WhatsApp number 7982-555-477. It will be live on www.yoblunt.com under category #sandesh2soldiers so that entire India can share their gratitude and be thankful to our soldiers. Jai Hind!
