I absolutely love Epic the musical. This is one of my favorite songs. I wanted to capture the passion behind their reunion. I always see Penelope in yellow In my head, and as a blonde, but the fandom as a whole doesn't agree on that. Notice she is wearing his blue patterned cape and probably has the whole time while he has been away. You can see that he's just come from slaughtering the evil suitors, but I did not want the gore to be the focus... but a simple reality that doesn't frighten her away. I am enthralled by this musical retelling and adore Jorge's tweaks to make Odysseus more likeable.
