I was walking through the toy aisle at Target when I found this thing and had a VIOLENT AND IMMEDIATE FLASHBACK to when JP first came out and they had a bunch of REALLY COOL T Rex toys that I would have sold one of my scrawny small-child limbs for but my mother wouldn’t get me one because they were “too violent and also ate people” :(

I have important news about @spacefoxy / @spacefoxy-irl. About two weeks ago, she had suffered a stroke which also caused her to fall and hit her head. She was unable to move and had been lying on the floor of her apartment for two days until her mother came to check on her and brought her to the hospital.

The stroke left her paralyzed in one of her legs, unable to use her left hand, and legally blind in one eye. The hit to the head had also ruptured an artery and caused her brain to swell with blood. All of this means that things like speaking, processing, and interacting with objects like a phone have been extremely difficult. Only time will tell how much cognitive function will return once the swelling in her brain is gone.

It's going to be a very long and arduous recovery process. She will now be needing a wheelchair and an in-home nurse or caretaker in the future, but for now she is still in a hospital being looked after.

Now that the shock and horror of everything has passed, we're just trying to stay as positive as possible about the situation. She's had small improvements through therapy, but right now it's impossible to tell what things will get better or by how much. All we can do is hope and wish for her continued recovery.

I think detaching disgust from morality is one of the keys to Chilling Out. You can find inner peace by being able to go "hm! Gross" and recognize if it's an actual problem or not. Cause if it's not an actual problem... it's not your problem 🙏 god bless

I love how much ppl hate Deepnest because I find it so calming somehow. Like wow...nice ambiance. Pretty glowy mushrooms. And look at all these darling little creatures. This one's wearing a red cloak like Hornet! Garpedes are so cool...wonder where they're going. I'm gonna pet a Stalking Devout
