Dublin city was quiet this morning; especially quiet considering the success of the Senior Footballers yesterday. A sustained period of success will always lighten the celebrations when winning becomes the norm. Gav set out today to throw down. Having recently got on Globe footwear, he is looking to complete a welcome clip in the coming days. Most of the footage has been filmed already and today was banger day. Unfortunately it didn't go 100% to plan but there's always next Sunday!

I recently started work on a new video filmed entirely in Dublin at night. Phili rolled his ankle last night when we were out getting some footage. I only tell you this to justify the hideous runners that he's wearing

Take a trip down memory lane in the first of what I hope to be many segments showing older footage of Dublin's best known skaters. The first instalment of An Aimsir Chaite is with David Fogarty. Filming with Fogo is always unpredictable; be it the spot location, trick choice or the inevitable Fogo slam that was always around the corner.
