Luke’s age

Since people try to debate the age/maturity of Luke, let me compile a little list of some of the CANON evidence to Luke being considered a child/not mature.

There is also direct evidence that claims that Luke did not know the brothers beforehand(during their time as Angels that is), as Satan came into existence after the Fall but is stated to be older than Luke.

Simeon refers to Luke being an actual child by Angel standards, which is important information. He is also listed as Luke’s legal guardian, which testifies to the fact that he is not considered mentally/emotionally mature. Simeon even gives him a bedtime in which he needs to go to bed, which is not something an adult would decide for another adult.

He is referred to being immature and innocent so often in the content that revolves around him.

Literally everyone in canon thinks of Luke as being a child or child-like, and treats him as such! Even the devs have pointed out that his intimacy system is not in the same context as the others, WHICH MEANS THEY DO NOT WANT YOU TO THINK OF HIM IN ANY OTHER WAY THAN PLATONICALLY

BOTTOM LINE IS: YOU ARE ACTIVELY DISCOURAGED FROM VIEWING LUKE AS BEING IN ANY SHAPE, WAY OR FORM LIKE THE REST OF THE CAST BC HE IS LITERALLY JUST SOME KID.

I’m the ugly one.” • What the fuck? • He hardly hesitated or thought before saying it and turning back to the game he’s playing, as though he truly believes it. • The sad thing is he might believe it. • So you spend the rest of the night telling him over and over all the things you find beautiful about him.

Satan

• When you state the words, Satan just flips a page of his book without looking up. • “I’d argue otherwise, kitten,” he says. “I know I’m above average and you, my love, shine brighter than all the night’s stars.” • You find yourself speechless because, really, what can you say to that? • You notice how his lips quirk into a smile even though he still doesn’t look up. • He knows how he makes you feel. • The feeling is incredible. • Maybe your words stand true.  • Maybe one half of every pair of best friends has to be ugly. • Maybe that doesn’t matter here. • There are no words to describe what you and Satan have.

Asmodeus

• Asmo opens his mouth, eyes gleaming, about to announce he’s the pretty one. • But his eyes flick to yours, and he freezes, like a deer in the headlights. • And suddenly he looks conflicted. • He can’t say he’s the ugly best friend, even if he knew it wasn’t true, just to make you feel good about yourself. • He wishes he could, but it would go against everything he stands for. • He’s the star. • He’s the beautiful one. • He always has been, and he also has to be. • But that... doesn’t mean that in your own way, you aren’t, too. • He leans closer, the smirk returning to his face as he thinks of something. • “Let’s just be more than friends, hm?” he purrs. • “That way there doesn’t need to be any sort of limit on beauty.”

Beelzebub

• Beel just smiles gently when you state the words and leans against you, eyes warm. • You stumble under his weight, and his broad chest rumbles with laughter as he draws you close into a hug. • “But you’re not just pretty, MC,” he mumbles into your hair. • “You’re beautiful. Gorgeous.” • You just giggle and press gentle kisses to the tip of his nose. • Honestly, your little words are already forgotten. • Why would it matter when you’re here with Beel? • He’s everything you could ever want and need, so anything else just... doesn’t matter.

Belphegor

• “I don’t give a shit if I’m the ugly one, just come back here and be a fucking pillow, dipass.” • You’d drawn away from Belphie while he was nodding off to sleep, and now he’s laying on his side, hair a mess, glaring at you. • You pout and start to repeat it, and he reaches out, wrapping his tufted tail around your ankle, and drags you back towards him. • When he rests his head heavily on your chest, its with enough force that your breath is knocked out of you. • What a little manchild. What a drama queen. • But it’s alright, because even if you’ll never quite admit it, you know that he’s the pretty one. • Pretty like the stars he spends so much time staring at through hooded eyes. • Pretty in a way only Belphegor could ever be.
