This is Alex Armstrong, who creates online content and tips on baseball. He once played baseball himself and was skinny and trim, but there is no sign of that these days. Though that doesn't stop him from filming himself bare-chested and acting a tad arrogant.

In a few videos, he gives tips on how to get a six-pack or how to lose weight fast, but I suspect he doesn't know that himself when I watch him like this.

Viewers of his videos also often remark that he does not look like an athlete. In one video, he mentions that he used to be underweight, after which someone remarks that he certainly isn't now. He recently got back into baseball, but I think he could compete as a ball rather than a player.
