Now Chanyeol was that person who would always do stupid things regardless of who said what. But this... was just screaming danger at his face. "I won't step in there. I actually want to live today, would you believe that?"

Got it! {: he gave a thumb-up along with a genuine, heartfelt smile. wow, he was probably going to get emotional from nostalgia when they celebrate his birthday. Chanyeol, in the meantime, looked around the area to see if everything was alright}

Yeah, what sort of noise was that? Chanyeol thought, rolling off the couch and walking over to the wall. He pressed his ear to the wall in hopes he could hear where the source was. All he needed was that noise to happen again. Just, one… two… three… four—

There it was again! “I think someone is yelling?” he replied, turning to look at the other with worry very evident in his eyes. Yelling always worried him. Because he’d hear it in the graveyard sometimes and that would either mean someone was buried alive or a ghost was screaming. “Should we go and check it out or stay put?”

The wiser option would be to stay put, but this is Chanyeol we’re talking about here.

Then you're twenty four. {'he nodded with a small pout, gently nudging your elbow} That's sad.. hey, maybe next time you can spend your birthday with me and I can treat you to all sorts of stuff!

Alrighty then, twenty-four it is! {: smiling at the fact that he knew his age now, he shook his head} It's not really. But-- I like the sound of celebrating my birthday with someone again! {: Chanyeol looked at where they were before stopping in his tracks} Aha! Here we are. With the tree and everything-- pretty nice isn't it?
