This is Olive and Jay's new home. A beautiful stone and wooden house on a hill, surrounded by a huge amount of plants and greenery. The perfect place to settle down and start a family.

This is by far one of the most beautiful buildings I've ever found for the sims 4, I'm head over heels in love with this house. This lot uses a lot of CC and is not downloadable in the gallery, you can download it here and it is made by @hiuhiusim . Huge thank you to the creator because it’s a home of my dream.

In my gameplay I downloaded it with all CC that’s needed and later on deleted everything I didn’t like (I’m maxis match person, and this build is mostly Alpha) I only kept windows and bricks wallpaper because it matched to the style I wanted to keep in the house.

How do I download your builds? I had downloaded the cc for the lots but I'm not sure if I just download them off the gallery or if it is something else.

The Tray files are uploaded on my Ko-fi shop (ko-fi.com/hiuhiu_sim)

Click on this link, go to the Shop section, click on the build you want. On the price bar, type 0 if you want the Tray files for free or any other mount if you wish to donate. Kofi will then automatically send the link to you.
