I was really naive and thought that this would be the last anniversary color. So I was eager to include as many characters as possible. As a result, the deadline became more pressing than ever and I was told not to be let by anyone to draw any more group illustrations. This is a behind-the-scenes story that encapsulates my weakness, but I think the illustration itself turned out to be insteresting... I apologize for the inconvenience.

When I received the designation, I asked "Is it ok if Deku and AFO don't fight?" It's a conceptual drawing. I wrote "Jump is the best" on AFO's vest and it was a hit.

The cover of the latest issue. This time they wanted to feature a villain, so I chose Toga. It's rare for someone other than the main character to be on the cover, so I think it's a pretty rare cover. I like how her lips are slightly turned up by her fingers touching.

We've already seen Deku and Todoroki-kun on the cover, so next up was Katsuki. The coloring of his hair is really good. I think he looks cool.

I had no intention of releasing this in the first place and I thought it would be a no-go, but the editor said it was ok so I released it. I had the "KEEP OUT" obi attached to the design, but at first there were only two obi, so I asked them to add more.

Black fog and white clouds. I think I started out with the intention of making it more hazy but it ended up with a clear outline. I wanted it to be a bit grayer.
