Development and experiment of poster side design.
Originally, I was going to go in typography style, but I thought it would stand out even more if I added a portrait with a different vintage feel.
The Monochrome effect in InDesign was added to harmonize with the background in the photo compilation.

I decided the colour palette to a limited harmony, colour combination which is a vintage green, red, pink and yellow. The colour number is 656d3a,773127, eeb4ab and f7b34a in order.
For the font type, I mainly used Plaster font except body text. I like the style because it is modern but suitable for heading and title for the vintage style brochure. It is an extremely geometric shape which is blended well with the portrait cut-out shape.

Various layout experiments.
I gathered the dates and times of every speaker's speech in one place for an orderly layout and made it a timetable. It made it easy to see what events in it were at a glance.
When there is a manual, people usually look down from top to bottom. First, what kind of speaker appear, when you can enjoy the event and then check the location. I changed the layout for the convenience.

Map illustrations.
I used my vintage colour palette for map design to give the brochure design's colour consistency. Used simple stroke lines and pen tool shapes.

First layout & draft
This is the layout of the first draft. Each section was divided into speakers, and the pictures were neatly arranged. As it is a vintage concept, the photos were changed to black and white using Photoshop and arranged the tone and contrast.
Receiving feedback that all portraits don't fit each other, I thought of changing them to different shapes cut.

1.Piedra Font
Designed by: Sudtipos Principal design
The world may seem cartoonish to you, pilgrim, but the funnies ain't really that funny. The Flintstones are so last century. The Hulks are in, and they're here to stay. Piedra is the rocky, fear-inducing face of galvanized triceps and überchiseled jawlines. Be intimidated, be very intimidated.
2. Plaster
Designed by: Sorkin Type
Plaster is a very low contrast extremely geometric design done in the tradition of the work of Joseph Albers. Plaster is suitable for use in medium to large sizes including headlines. This font deviates from most similar fonts because the space between letters is larger.
I found this 2 different typeface. Inspired by Verena Gerlach's font style, I found a bold and unique font type. I thought these fonts would look good on my brochure concept which is vintage style. When it comes to using these types of paragraphs, it would not be able to read easily, but it could be good with titles and headings to emphasize.
