So i did a thing. Not sure how i like it. Its just soooo weird seeing a monster high head on that big of a body. Even if the head still is a bit too big to be realistically porportioned. I didnt modify anything besides just mashing her head onto the neck. The bodys neck and neck knob are bigger than monster high so her head bloats out a bit. The last picture is me squeasing it back into a more pleasing shape. Not sure if she will say this way. If she does i need to carve down some stuff.

Im victorious!! Im so ecstatic!!! So i scrubbed everything, at different amounts of soap, scrubbing, and soaking. Some need another go around, and some got a bit dried out, but overall it has been a success!!! Im so happy!!!! Some did get stained from a few dolls who were leeching colorant, which... i shouldnt have thrown in all together, but when i thought they were all destroyed it didnt matter. Luckily most staining seems to be in unnoticeable places, or so faint i can probably buff it out. Im so incredibly happy. Im so glad i didnt toss them all. I cant believe it never hit me to try scrubbing the crap out of the pieces. I dont know if it was stubborn mold release, or if the resin was weeping a bit, but scrubbing did the trick!!! These will be much easier to make a new master out of instead of the clear resin ones filled with glitter. (That resin didnt have the problem the white did)

Could it be. After all this time. I just hadnt washed the pieces enough!? And that was why i thought the resin was bad or something. Testing shall ensue. But right now that looks to be the case. I. Feel. So. Dumb. Omg. Although im glad that i couldnt toss the pieces. So very glad.

Please im cursed

So many frustrate

So i have had a bamboo fun forever almost. Well. I have two. A CTE-650 and a CTE-450. A while ago. Longer than id like ago. After one of the windows updates the tablet went on the fritz. Ok. So. Updates do that sometimes. Uninstall driver. Reinstall driver. Restart computer. Etc. soforth. I eventually got it working for it only to slowly, slowly i repeat, lose the left click. Ok its old. I swap that mouse for the other one. Only to find that one is doing the same thing. I have tried everything with these two tablets. Right now i can at least use the pen (first time in forever) but no mouse can be used at all. Now. 5 min ago, i have everything but the left click. Why. Now the computer is telling me the driver is broken and non functional. Which. Gah. Im so frustrated.

It doesnt help that i also cant get the printer to connect right. Or. Well. Anything else i put into this computer. Discs or otherwise. ( tried downloading old drivers and i couldnt even get the programs to run).

Im cursed. Im just cursed when it comes to computers.

If anyone has any ideas. Please. Please.

Starting to look like my nerd!! :D I keep fighting with the clay. I usually sculpt in a colder room but too cold to do so today. The warmer room is making the clay so much more… mushable… struggling with details. I should work on blocking in the limbs.

Bad day. Dug these guys out of a box to make myself feel better. They are one of my new years resolutions. Finish modding the sculpt to where im pleased with it and cast it. This time with better products. Surprised how extremely yellowed they have gotten. Well. The white ones. Lol. The yellow ones have always been, well, yellow. #bjd #bjdartist #artistbjd

Is this guy too long?? I mean. Hes supposed to be very tall and thin so.... i am trying really hard to stick to the measurements and plan i have for this doll. Usually i like mistakes and they evolve as i go.

Instead of sculpting the torso longer i cut it in half to add more to the middle. ALL CUZ I LIKED THE BUTT TOO MUCH!!! Omg. Rotfl i cant even get a good picture of it. Lol

Wrist hurts too bad to do yarn work so sculpting for a change. Havent worked on anything serious in forever and after finding an 8lb box of sculpey at a thrift store, i decided i needed to start a new project. (Most my others are air dry or apoxie clay) Im sculpting bigger than normal and a male figure, so theres a learning curve but im not doing as bad as id have thought. Hell be my character Fang. Should come in at 50cm but im coming in a bit short so far… i always end up being quite a bit over or under my drawing…. #bjd #bjdartist #sculpting
