Apology and Notice

I would like to start this post with an apology, since I feel like one is deserved after the actions I have taken in the fandom. Thanks to coming across multiple helpful sources, I have found that my design for curses AU Bubby to be pretty antisemitic, and though this was completely unintentional, I feel it to be fully irresponsible to not address that I now deem this design completely unacceptable. It doesn’t matter that I didn’t know better, because although nobody brought it to my direct attention, I inadvertently aided in harming members of the fandom. I am wholeheartedly sorry to anyone I may have hurt or offended by this design.

Moving forward, I will always be open to criticism to fix and prevent this issue, as well as take precautions to try and prevent this from occurring in other medias I make. If I ever make inexcusable content, Please let me know, as  I never want to harm anybody like this, and I have a lot to learn.

Due to the nature of the design and its plot relevance, I am putting the Au “Curses” On hiatus while I Redesign  Bubby and (most likely) Revamp the story as well as take a break from it to reflect and  inform myself as well as future practices.

I would like to once again apologize for putting other people in the fandom through this, and I am eternally grateful for the people who put up helpful guides to help me realize how this was unacceptable.

Gordon: All I remember is something about stars, really?? but- [Gordon just continues getting more frustrated as he thinks, starting to gesticulate more rapidly than his normal conversation] Gordon: But that wouldn’t make sense! I have to be scrambling up some of my memories! Why would I get cursed only for it to act up in my twenties?!

Gordon: Not to mention I clearly remember a scenario that makes one Hundred times more sense for being cursed in my actual twenties!! I am actually pretty sure that’s what happened!!  [Gordon starts to frantically scourer his memories trying to fit the scattered pieces together again]

Gordon: That can't be right, there is no way I was cursed when I was twelve. I would have known if it had happened then. .... Right? It makes no sense how there could have been two catalysts for a single curse!

Gordon:.... Unless [Gordon continues his frustrated thinking in silence, but for a few seconds you could swear you could see a sudden heavy pang of confusion sweep over his mind.]

[But you don’t have long to question this, thanks to the return of fellow members of the team]

For how long have you hade your curse/who gave it to you and maybe why?

[Gordon thinks for a few moments, obviously struggling to grasp for a memory. As he thinks his brow furrows in confusion.]

Gordon: I believe I vaguely remember something about being cursed when I was twelve? But that wouldn’t make sense since I only started suffering from any bad luck in my early twenties??

[Gordon pauses speaking, his face only grows more concerned  while he’s thinking.]

[This lapse in memory seems to be bothering him quite a bit, and watching it makes you uneasy.]

why did you avoid talking about joshua in the question about magic?

Gordon: Because I thought we were changing the subject away from my family after earlier?

Gordon: And why does it matter?

when Tommy and Benrey get back, maybe you could show Benrey the Bone Milk picture, i know I enjoy a good laugh when im feeling shitty abt something, he seems like hes got enough of a sense of humor he might too!

Gordon: ... That actually doesn’t sound like a bad idea, they do seem like the type of person to enjoy this meme format.

Gordon: I’ll try doing that when they return with Tommy!

Have you got a favourite constellation gordon starman?

Gordon: Well,  my current favorite is the Phoenix, though that’s just because I prefer it over the others. I’m not that much into stargazing anymore for some reason....

Gordon:.... but when I was little, I liked Ursa Minor and Ursa Major the most. I didn’t know the backstory behind the constellations when I was little, so I always assumed it was a lost mother bear looking for its cub that had wondered into the night sky and she followed.

Gordon :I still prefer that version over the historic story.

Has anybody made their way back to you yet? Or is everyone still kinda spread out?

Gordon: Dr.Coomer and Bubby are still far enough away to have their own conversation, though I can tell whatever they were discussing earlier isn’t being talked about now by how bubby is yelling at Coomer. If you had to ask me,  by the big grin on Coomer’s face it’s probably about the nicknames again.

Gordon: Tommy and Benrey are nowhere to be seen, however. Can’t tell if that’s good or not.

Gordon: Well, I’m still a little fond of any of the cooler colors you would see in those Galaxy or super clear night sky images due to loving to stargaze as a child.

Gordon: So ranges of navy, blue, and purple  are some of the other colors I like, but you can’t really call them favorites.

Gordon: I’m going to have to say no to having any magi of my own, since I don’t remember having used any magic in my 27 years of life.

Gordon: I kinda feel left out, since most of the group has magical abilities besides Coomer, ..... I think. Gordon: He might have some ability, I’m unsure.

What's Joshie's favorite color? WAIT WHAt's YOURS-

Gordon: Last time I checked Joshua wasn’t really settled on a favorite color yet, though he seems to prefer some reds as of right now.

Gordon: I am personally fond of most hues of orange, though I also like some of the cooler tones on the color spectrum as well.

Gordon: You are correct, they aren’t fit to take care of Joshua, considering they’re dead.

Gordon:  You can word it like that, yes.

Gordon: Joshua’s other parent is no longer under legal guardianship over him.
