Here are some frequently asked questions to help you buy your special lucky mobile number!

1. What kind of mobile numbers will I be purchasing?

There are two types of numbers that we are currently retailing. There is the prepaid card numbers and the numbers that current owners hope to trade away. We find the best numbers with authorised distributors and sellers of our local telcos.

2. How to order and reserve your number?

You can contact us via whatsapp at +65 8893 6956. Kindly state your name, email address and also number you are interested in. Reservations are free, but the reservation lasts only for a maximum of 24hrs before it is allowed for another person to purchase. 

3. How do I pay for my mobile number?

You can either purchase from our site online and pay via credit card or you can easily you PayLah or Paynow to our designated accounts. Kindly forward the transferred information and your reserved number and we will contact you very shortly to confirm. Contact +65 8893 6956 for more information.

4. How do I receive my mobile number after I buy it?

We will confirm an appointment date and location of our reseller for you to register at the location.

5. How do I change the prepaid to a postpaid account?

To switch from one telco to another is called porting. Generally telcos only allow porting from prepaid to prepaid accounts OR postpaid to postpaid accounts. It is advisable to switch the prepaid to a postpaid account in the same Telco and then port over to your preferred telco.

6. Won’t I lose all my contacts once I switch my number?

Your contacts are tagged to your different email client accounts like (Gmail, ), changing your sim card is unlikely to affect your current contact list inside your phone.

7. How will people contact me once I switch my sim card?

We are currently communicating much more on our messaging apps (like Whatsapp, Wechat, Line, Telegram etc) During the switch, many of your apps will also require you to update your mobile number which will also be automatically updated in your other contacts messaging clients. Don’t worry that you can never be contacted again.

7. What is needed for porting and registration?

Please bring down your identity card and we will give you detailed instructions on how to port. Our appointed registration points will handle the rest. It is that easy.

8. How do you handle high value numbers?

For numbers that are worth $1000 and above, our client service will deliver the sim card personally to you. 

9. Do you do returns?

We do not do returns once the numbers are paid and accepted. If the sim card is not working, we will try our best to restore signal and resolve the issue with the telco. In event the sim is truly damaged, we will fully refund the paid amount.

Switching Mobile Operators

Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is now part of our identity and using it identifies you to access many online services that provides a higher level of security during access.This allows you to purchase our pre-paid mobile numbers to be switched to a post-paid line or ported over to another operator. 

Generally you can only port from prepaid to prepaid or postpaid to postpaid accounts. Do note that generally there is a fee imposed for the purchase of a new sim card, but watch out for special deals and port right over to your favoured operator now!

Since April 2000, The Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) has fully liberalised the telco market to allow users of fixed-line services to retain their numbers when switching mobile service operators (technical term “porting”)

As mobile phone technology improves and becomes cheaper, and with increased competition among the mobile phone operators, the result is cheaper mobile phone tariffs, added extra benefits and more mobile phone provider retention offers. If you want to move from one mobile phone network provider to another mobile phone network provider you will be able to keep your mobile phone number only if you follow the mobile number portability (MNP) process.
