Obsessed with the way that Bo Burnham's specials are all connected with each other in the way that they both immediately conflict with the previous special but also continue it. what begins with Bo sitting in a hood on the stage. Make Happy opens with someone else taking that same position, the audience thinking it's Bo, and then the real Bo walks out. Make Happy ends with Bo leaving his guest house with the door open. Inside opens with him going back into it. It's just...there's no way he plans them this far in advance, but he leaves them open-ended enough that it Feels like he does and I just love it. It's just another one of Bo's ways to say "look, this is all a show and I'm in control of every aspect of it."
