Here is neighbors house. This garden I worked on a few years ago. The client has added front corner plantings and fountain grasses. The front entry walk was designed by me and installed by Cesar. There is zero irrigation in this yard!

Olive tree growing nicely. Here you can see dwarfed mondo grass clumping not spreading. Recommended adding more dymondia or wooly thyme. Notice DG driveway ( that is the neighbors house which I also designed and consulted on)
