The Sawyers - A Nothing is Free Challenge and Random Legacy
This is Jude and Melanie Sawyer. They have moved to an empty town and are willing to build it up! The only house available was a large house that was recently split into two apartments to rent out.
Jude is hard at work to complete his Writing skill so he can build a Bookstore & Spa. Melanie is a natural artist and will be focusing on her Painting skill. She will also work on Sculpting so she can built an Art Gallery & Consignment Shop. This town is quite small and they will have to use every bit of space!

Sawyer Legacy Rules
The Sawyer Legacy will follow the Nothing Is Free Challenge and Random Legacy Rules.
When a child is born, I will do a roll for the next generation. Once all children have graduated high school, I will choose an heir. The heir will then move out of the household and into their own home and the next generation will officially begin.
The town is Robin Hills by pleyita. Since the town is quite small, there will have to be combination lots. I will change the rules a little so that one Sim can unlock multiple lots only if they are in the same building. For example, one Sim can unlock the Elixir Consignment Store and Vault of Antiquity only if they are built on the same lot.
I have rolled in the More Fun category so there is a legacy challenge. The challenge is Skilled. Each Sim will max out a skill that is not related to their career/building to unlock.
