I've only been able to do a little drawing.

Oh, but I did draw some fan art.

I drew my favorite Vtuber's figure in a panty and stocking style.

On July 5th, I participated in the Kinki regional powerlifting competition, which also served as the qualifier for the National Sports Festival. I came back safely with a gold medal and a spot in the national tournament.

After that, I was completely drained—physically and otherwise—and ended up with an upset stomach, which brings us to now.

I’ve been drawing a bit. I made a fan art of a VTuber I personally support.

I’ll share it here, along with a photo of the gold medal.

Tomorrow, July 5th, I will be competing in a powerlifting competition for athletes in the Kansai region. If I can perform my lifts without any mistakes or issues, I am guaranteed to win. My blood work last month showed a slight aggravation and I'm going to start a new medication.

I feel like it's been a long time since I've painted because of this and my mental health has had so many ups and downs.

On June 15, touhou meikasai was held in Nagoya. I also participated in one space.

Thankfully, we were able to buy many of the original paintings.

Today I went to the Pokémon Center and Capcom's exhibition on a date‼︎It was a fulfilling day off🥰.

Today was a day of strength training and seeing an orthopedic surgeon to see the injured one, so I was relieved to know that my orthopedic care will be over in two more sessions.

However, the lateral epicondylitis of the humerus is not completely healed, so I will have to spend some time with a supporter.

I was able to borrow a supporter from a senior member at the gym, so we'll see how it goes for a while.

I've been so sleepy the past few days that I haven't done any drawing, so I may stop updating my tumblr...

Today was an off day for me, but I'm now tormented by the guilt of having ended the day with a mama who couldn't produce anything.

I was tired and drowsy from yesterday's sore muscles from muscle training, and I spent the entire day listening to music and just dozing off.

My partner told me that those days are important, but what is it that makes me feel so guilty if I don't do something?

I will ask him at my next psychiatrist visit.

Today was a muscle training day.

I tried to set a new personal record but lost.

And I was able to borrow a supporter for relief of lateral humeral epicondylitis from a senior colleague.

I will try to use it for a while when I feel pain when creating illustrations.

For now, it is midnight in Japan, so I will take a good rest and make more new drawings when I wake up tomorrow.

I've decided to post here one piece a day, so I'll post one piece at a time, but today was an off day, so I spent most of the morning and evening dozing off and sleeping. I started drawing in the evening and finished two sheets just a few minutes ago. My eyes were bright and I was about to paint a third one when I started to feel pain in my body and hands, so I finished. I am producing while being swamped by pain like this.
