OUR HOME CLEANING SERVICES
We’ve broken our services down into three categories.
OPTION 1: DOWN & DIRTY
First-time clients will begin their HomeMinder4U experience with the down and dirty deep clean. This includes nitty gritty tasks that you probably don’t even notice (like wet wiping baseboards and ceiling fans).
OPTION 2: KEEP IT CLEAN
Following the deep clean, clients can book our Keep It Clean maintenance service. With regular visits, we’ll focus on tasks like vacuuming and mopping, wiping down surfaces, dusting and generally tidying up. This service ensures you never end up on an episode of Hoarders.
OPTION 3: THE FRESH START
We provide the fresh start service for pre and post-moving. Our services stop short at burning sage, but we can ensure the home feels ready and welcoming for its new occupants.

Need a little extra work done? We're here for it. Any of the following tasks can be added to your service one time or on a reoccurring basis. Simply select the task and frequency when booking online, or advise the representative of your choices when chatting.
Heavy duty - for spaces with excess builds up or clutter.
Inside windows - glass only, up to 8 ft.
Inside fridge - all food removed, fridge wiped clean, food  replaced.
Kitchen cabinets - removing all items, wiping, replacing.
Self-cleaning oven - run cycle and wipe down interior.
Non-self-cleaning oven - clean interior
Kitchen 'under the sink' cabinet - all items removed, cabinet wiped, replaced.
Kitchen pantry cleaning - remove all items, clean shelves, and bins,  replace.
Bathroom 'under the sink' cabinet - all items removed, cabinet wiped, replaced. Per  bathroom.
Load of laundry - per load; wash and fold OR change one bed.
Linen change - per bed; strip and replace
Garage sweep - performed on an empty or tidied garage
Finished basement - cleaned per checklist under 'living spaces'
Sliding glass doors - per set; interior and exterior.
Front hall closet cleaning - items removed, floor cleaned, items neatly  replaced.
Linen closet cleaning - items removed, floor  cleaned, items neatly replaced.
Slatted blinds - Wipe and dust
Laundry unsuited - exterior appliances  wipe down, clean floors.
·        What we don’t do
Relationships always work better when expectations are clear from the word 'go'. That's why we want you to be familiar with certain tasks or situations that can risk a Cleaning Specialists health and safety, or an item or space in your home. To keep everyone and everything safe, our Cleaning Specialists are not allowed to:
Use any harsh chemicals, such as bleach, CLR, Easy-Off,  etc. 
Clean infested properties (e.g. bed bugs, cockroaches,  mice, etc.), or pest droppings
Use ladders higher than 3 steps
Handle feces/urine/vomit/bodily fluids from a pet or a human
Clean a home in which a contagious illness or excessive  bodily fluids are present
Clean soot from fireplaces
Hand-wash clothing (unless on special request)
Clean exterior windows
Steam clean carpets
Lift or move any items heavier than 20 lbs.
Clean in an area that is still under major construction  and/or is not safe or without water or electricity, heat or air conditioning
Clean full ceilings and walls (aside from moldings)
Clean a home that has a severe mold or mildew problem
Clean a home with excessive clutter where it poses a danger to staff
Clean outdoor spaces
Service clients who are disrespectful to our staff
PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR OUR VISIT:
Don’t have these on hand? No problem! You can notify us if you cannot supply us with your own kit.
REQUIRED CLEANING PRODUCTS
Glass     Cleaner: Needed to clean mirrors and windows. We recommend plain white vinegar and water, mixed in a spray bottle.
All-Purpose     Cleaner: Needed for cleaning most surfaces in the home. We recommend Pink Solution, a natural enzyme-based cleaner, as our preferred all-purpose cleaner, or Pink Solution Scrub for heavy duty cleaning (tubs, tiles, grease, pots, pans, and sinks).
Disinfectant: This is used to disinfect points of contact, as well as when cleaning bathrooms.
Dish     Soap: A very safe, pH neutral cleaner used for cleaning dishes and several other parts of the home which require a mild cleanser.
Baking     Soda: Provides deodorizing capabilities and helps provide gentle abrasion where the abrasive cleaner cannot be used.
Vinegar: Terrific as a glass cleaner, tile floor cleaner and grease-cutter.
REQUIRED CLEANING TOOLS
Microfiber twist mop and wringer bucket or flat head mop: We find these offer a safe and superior clean.
Functioning, full sized vacuum cleaner: Vacuums help remove dust and allergens in your home. For smaller spaces, compact/stick vacuums work  really well. We would be glad to recommend some of our favorite brands if you like!
Double-sided     sponges: One for the kitchen, one for the bathrooms.
Microfiber     cloths: Cloths, old towels or cut up shirts do not count. Minimum 1-2 per room.
Toilet     bowl brush: With a bowl brush container.
Paper     Towel: For jobs where a cleaning cloth won’t suffice (i.e. a toilet).
Three-Step     Ladder: If  you wish for us to reach higher areas, we cannot use anything aside from a stepladder. Please note that without one we won’t be able to clean anything higher than arm’s reach.
 A FEW QUICK CAVEATS:
Within Reach Rule – we will only clean surfaces that are within reach using a client-provided 2 or 3-step ladder. If the surface is not within reach, with or without a step ladder, we are unable to clean that surface or area
We require clients to pull out kitchen appliances (stove, fridge) for Move In/Move Out cleanings so that we can access that area safely. If you are unable to do this, we will clean the front and interior of the appliance only.
For laundry service Add on, we can provide this service to locations with laundry appliances located in-suite only.

Living with Messy People!

Keeping your home clean can be a challenge, especially when you have got external factors cramping your style. Yes, that’s right; we’re talking about messy people. We have had people writing in asking for advice about how to live/cope with messy loved ones on the daily, so we have decided to come up with a few strategies to help you survive living with the lovable slob in your life.
Focus on effective communication strategies! One of the first things we learn when we reach adulthood is that communication is key. How you communicate is just as important as the message itself. So, let’s talk about a few ways you can improve how you communicate with the messy people in your life.
Don’t Raise Your Voice 
If you are raising your voice or if you find yourself picking fights to get your feelings heard, your messy partner isn’t going to be too receptive. Be as clear as you can and approach the other person from a place of respect.
Positivity
Keeps things positive and focus on the benefits of having a clean living space. This is a constructive approach to the discussion that will enable you both to reach a resolution more effectively and quickly.
Understanding & Perspective
Be open to the other person’s viewpoint. Avoid viewing the other person’s messiness as a negative, and instead dedicate your energy to understanding where they are coming from. There is no right or wrong here. What we are looking for is a happy compromise between messy and clean that you can both live with.
Most Important Areas (MIAs)
Even messy people enjoy the feeling of cleanliness when it comes to certain areas. Instead of trying to take on one huge cleaning session, figure out what areas you would both like to prioritize and start with that.
Have Reasonable Expectations
People do not change their habits magically overnight, so be patient. Let them start with baby steps and build from there.
Make a Deal!
Offer up a space where your messy friend can let their messy flag fly free. It can be a bedroom, a closet, an office, a storage room—whatever makes them comfortable. In return, the messy person must agree to a clean space that stays clean no matter what.
Don’t Forget Rewards
Give positive feedback and reward your loved one for the progress they make towards becoming a tidier person. Positive reinforcement will help them feel like their efforts are appreciated and it will encourage them to keep improving.

Corporate cleaning our corporate cleaning services are available daily, monthly weekly and monthly.
Depending on the size of your office space and the amount of employees your business have, so corporate frequency might differ.
Estate/ residential cleaning services ensure that residents are proud of their surroundings. Likewise, having clean and presentable facilities on the property, such as pools, gate houses, public areas etc.
Residential Cleaning is a more common service.
Waste Management Services we offer various waste bins that companies can either place indoors or outside.
We offer a holistic on site management service placing a recycler as well as recycle bins on site, maximizing company waste and ensuring environmental responsibility.
Industrial Cleaning services require stronger cleaning materials and more stringent cleaning methods in order to remove tough dirt which is typically associated with industrial manufacturing processes.
