Job Troubles

I am an analytical person, naturally. I observe most things around me, and think about them, actively. Therefore, it is not “healthy” for me to stay in the same environment, for a long time - especially if I feel unchallenged. That is currently a problem I am learning, with regard to my current job. I have examined every single person around me, to the extent that I cannot even enjoy them. I also cannot enjoy the job, anymore. Basically, I am more completely figuring out myself as a professional person, specifically in terms of what my personal needs are. I wont ever, for example, let myself work in a context again where my characteristics can be read as rebellious. 

I am tired of every single aspect of my job: the incessant joking, the consistent proclamations of what does or does not fit into the category of interesting, the suspicion of indiginity, the constant competition, etc, etc, etc.
