As far as I know they're just keeping to the comic characters and who they are. I'm pretty sure that they're all white blonde girls in the comics as well. Plus idk how people have a hard time telling the difference cause honestly they all look different. Especially when you look at things other than headshots if them.

Ok so I’m like begging for more Marvel diversity and I’m not even asking like I’m super offended I just can barely tell the difference between the leads on Cloak and Dagger, The Gifted, and Runaways and it’s driving me crazy.

It also makes me think that in the first episode she says she thinks with just 2 she can make an impact compared to a whole class of students. That 2 kids she can make their lives better. And then she does but they don't remember at all and in a sense to them she had never impacted their lives even though she did and that probably hits home for that she was able to do what she said she would do and she knows she made that impact and a part of the pride of doing it is taken away with the fact that the kids don't remember any of it
