It was a night full of fun but abruptly you felt really bad. It’s been two and a half hour since your 18th birthday party ended.

You quickly excused yourself from the crowd of drunk people as you stumbled your way to a couch where your bag lays, scrambling inside looking for your phone. You searched for his name in your contacts.

“Hey” you heard a familiar voice calling your name, and you turn around to look at Jake, who is holding two red cups. “Can I join you?” he didn’t even wait for a reply as he sat down beside you. He handed you the other cup filled with alcohol, “Here, have some more.”

“No, thank you” you rolled your eyes. “I think I had more than enough”. Jake starred at your face for a moment and then he asked “So where is your boyfriend Jay Park?”

You cleared your throat and said “Jay is not my boyfriend, he is my best friend”. Jake giggles as you defend yourself. “Oh ——— tries so hard to hide her feelings, as if we don’t know that your deeply in loved with him”.

You immediately grabbed the cup from his hands, taking a sip of the alcohol and your face immediately contorts from the weird taste. “You’re new to alcohol, aren’t you?” Jake smirks as he comes closer to you. You can’t deny that his features are extremely attractive.

“Mhm...” you dragged out, “It’s actually my second time drinking alcohol plus it’s not really my thing ya know,” you giggled, causing him to chuckle.
