y'all i am losing my mind. in high school i had a celebrity crush on an extremely random celebrity, like, no matter who you think i'm talking about, you're wrong.

anyway today celebrity crushes came up and i said mine and my friend who was my colleague way back in like 2017 said, "are you serious??" and i said yes and my friend said, "i'm friends with them. through work. we were texting 20 minutes ago." i was ready to just laugh about what an insane coincidence because what the hell?? and then my friend says "they were in town two weeks ago and we hung out at my office all day. i'd have invited you if i'd known."

i told him to stop talking about it before i walked into the lake. he started laughing and i got out my phone and called my mom right in front of him to tell her because i was so aghast. i said with the tone of a betrayed 5 year old, "mom. listen to this"
