Who would have thought when I stated my Journey I would still be working towards my dream, I learned the art of crochet in 2012 from a mother-in-law. She taught me the basic granny square; I worked on the granny until I mastered it. From there I looked up everything that had to do with crochet, and I got Hooked. For 3 years I trained myself to read patterns, Perfect stitching and sewing things together.

Yes, it is not an easy skill to learn! Yes! It does takes time and patience to learn the skill, but I promise you as you learn you will find self confidence in your skill. This skill is great if you want to have a relaxing and therapeutic hobby, or it can be used to generate your own income. Either way you won't be sorry for learning this skill.

Attached is a picture of my very first Dinosaur Stuffy I sold in 2015 when I decided to offer my services to the public; back then I used to work off of any free pattern I could get my hands on. Looking at the quality of my Images and work then and now I can really say that I have grown.

As a mom of three I want to be present in my children's life, they are the future so this was the perfect way to make an income and be at home with my kids. Being a stay-at-home working mom comes with its challenges and I learn everyday how to manage things better.
