"I'd just cleaned my hook, lass. I wasn't about to waste its precious shine on his lack luster blood," Killian rolled his eyes dramatically, his hook brushing against his vest in a mockery of shining it.
"Yeah actually it was kind of hard." She smiled and shook her head. "Well.. You are kind of a scary person. Especially when you glared at the poor guy every time he came close to me. I thought we were going to wake up and find a hook in his throat."

"There we go, that wasn't so hard now was it?" Killian grinned. "Truth be told, that fool of a boy would never have kept you happy, I'm sure. The lad could barely hold up a conversation without looking as if he'd soon wet his trousers."
"Okay.. Maybe I did prefer a certain pirate instead of that guy.. But he never seemed to like me back… I had to go for the next best thing." She shrugged with a light smile.

Once you get this you must say 5 nice things about yourself publicly and then send it to 10 of your favorite followers. Thinking good things about yourself is hard but it will make you feel better so give it a go, for the sake of spreading positivity [ if you want to! <3 ]
Ahh thank you so much! ;3; uhm uhm.
1) I'm hecka good at raising cats to have good personalities and sociability. The cats that I've claimed as my own and have raised have always been super friendly towards strangers and only ever lashed out at people I didn't like. 2) I've gotten MUCH better at writing over the years. Both creatively and in grammar and what not. Looking back at things I wrote six years ago, it's like an entirely other person and I'm really proud of how much I've improved just by continuing to write and edit my things (though editing progress has definitely been helped by a couple of people). 3) I'm sometimes good at making people feel better? I actually don't know if this really holds true lately, but when my depression was at its worst, I was definitely the best person to go to when you felt down bc I'd go to any lengths to make others feel better. 4) I really like my nose and my eyebrows. Both just naturally have a really good shape/size tbh. 5) I dunno, I'm really creative???

She laughed and rolled her eyes. "What, was I supposed to say that he could tell I still wasn't over you so he ran off? I'd never admit that type of thing pirate."
"There's no shame in admitting you have better taste than that bloke," Killian shot back with a smirk. "Might even redeem yourself in my eyes."

"Seeing as full gods prefer to keep to themselves most times, and werewolves don't often make it out to sea?" he threw out sarcastically. "Yes, the idea of a half god who is born from a woman who is not turned off by the idea of being out at sea is a fair bit concerning for someone such as myself." Despite his serious tone, his eyes glinted with amusement. No doubt more than one of the gods would find her appealing. Even if she were a little emotional at times. "Aye, well the sea is not so enjoyable on ones own. It was the least I could do." It at least, gave him the cover of this being an innocent trip to the Charmings and everyone in Storybrooke.

"Indeed..." Killian replied thoughtfully as they stepped onto the crest of the hill. "Ah, and here is my marvel," he told the woman with great pride, pleased to see most if not all of his men were aboard now. "Tell me lass, would you be interested in gathering intelligence on this key? You'd get a large cut of the treasures, of course."

rubyintheredridinghood replied to your post “Killian!" Ruby yelled and rushed at the pirate, throwing her arms around him in a hug. She pulled back and hit his chest playfully. "Where the hell were you?”
"No.. He actually ran off when he realized there wasn't a pirate around to keep him in check. You were basically like a big brother protecting me from the idiots."
"A big brother?" Killian laughed, thinking of their shared kisses during their time together. "My little Red, I had no idea you were into such interesting relations. No wonder the bloke didn't work out for you."

Only a cut his arse, Killian didn't bother to hide his scoff. "Yes, I was merely scratched by a kitten," he shot back at her, his voice failing to hit that perfectly light sarcasm he so often wielded to perfection. No, his mood was far too low to reach such a carefree persona today. Particularly when breathing in the same air as the woman he still couldn't decide what to do with. Why her? Of all the women in the world he'd seduced away from their husbands and into his cabin for a few nights, why did Milah have to be the one to latch onto his heart?
Milah's mind always impressed the most seasoned sailors, her imagination and intuition beyond most pirates at sea. Her wit sharper than any sword that sliced into the enemies flesh. Her bravery and will both so strong that not even Buck with his muscles larger than a mans waist could crumble. In every way possible, Milah had seemed the picture of perfection. She earned her place on his ship just as much as any man ever had, perhaps more so. After all, before Milah, his men had never seen any woman on their ship as anything other than the captains whore or their whore to play with. Why should they? Had Milah not just proven to them that even the most worthy woman could end up as a whore as well? Killian's jaw clenched, his gaze locked upon the wall, refusing to even look to her as she let out small cries of pain as she attempted to dress herself in his jacket.
Yet despite it all, his eyes slowly lowered to the fresh corpse of the man who had his way with Milah. Rage so blinding built up in Killian, the urge to kill him again and again a million times over for ever even touching her. Much as he wished to deny it, his heart still lay with Milah. He loved her, despite it all. It made everything all the more difficult. Particularly when her voice suddenly reached his ears again, the moment of weakness on his behalf causing his ice blue eyes to lift to hers. Heart torn in two, he was uncertain of whether he should make a snarky remark in return, or--
The moment was interrupted before he could even finish his thought. "Cap'n, Milah, we need to leave straight away. We have guests coming," Skinner burst in with the news, and frowned at the extreme damage done to Milah. Though his loyalty would remain with his captain, the man had grown close to Milah as well. Much as Killian was his brother of sorts, Milah had become his sister in his eyes. He was one of the few pirates to ever have true compassion. Not to say he couldn't kill without a second thought, but he had a heart despite it all.
Quick as ever to act, Killian bent down, pulling the dead pirates weapons away from him and holding them out to Milah for her to choose. Dagger, or sword? "Skinner, you act as a crutch for Milah. You two go ahead of me, I'll keep you covered. Head straight for the ship, do not look back even if I am attack, is that understood?" Skinner nodded with an obedient "Aye", heading over to Milah, offering himself to her.

"To be fair most people have those illuminated gadgets," he shot back at her with an eye roll. How many times in Storybrooke had he been taken aback by the things that suddenly shown with light and did a multitude of things? Even books with no pages. So much of it made no sense.
The stump that once held his hook brushed uselessly against the packed walls. Damn, they just had to take his hook, didn't they? Who were they though? The woman's question had him thinking back to what he'd done before everything had gone black. "Aboard my ship," he told her easily, that information being harmless enough on its own. "Tending to her needs, repairing sails, tightening ropes and the like." At least, that was the last thing he could recall. "And you?"

(Headcanon word) doll
Long ago, during the early days of being in Neverland, before even Baelfire had arrived in the land, there was a small girl who was mistakenly taken to Neverland. Girls were never meant to be taken, only those who had brothers who could be coerced into coming with the shadow later from their sisters bright words. This girl however, did not have a brother. She did however, appear to be more like a boy than a girl save for one 'girly' object. Her doll that she slept with each night. When the shadow dragged her to Neverland, she took her doll with her. During their arrival into Neverland, the girl squirmed, trying to get out of the shadows grasp. She did not succeed, but dropped her doll into what she thought was just an endless ocean. However, it ended up on the Jolly Roger.
During one of Pan's games, it was revealed that she was in fact a girl. Though she angrily insisted that she was stronger than any of them and that they shouldn't go easy on her, the boys proved she was not. The girl never recovered after that night physically or emotionally, and despite Pan attempting to get his shadow to take her back home, when the time came, she'd already ended her misery all the while sobbing, wishing she had her dolly.
Since that night, no matter how many times Killian or his men have thrown the doll overboard, it always ends up right back on the ship, usually in the lower decks. Eventually, they gave up and allowed it to remain out of sight in a place near no one goes. None of the men have ever seen the ghost, but females, if they go into the place where the doll remains, will sometimes catch glimpses of her.

"You really think something with no tangible form could kill a man?" Killian snorted as he followed after Ruby up the stairs. A bang from the closed door as he passed it gave him his answer. "Very well then," he sighed, watching Ruby take the better of the two rooms. Not that it really mattered, merely having a roof over their head would be something of a luxury compared to say... sleeping on the beach or in the woods. "Good night then lass. Try not to let the ghost bite."

Killian grinned, a Cheshire sort of replication. He'd slowly tortured many a captive in his day, and found that often times that of the emotional form could extract the greatest reactions. The queen would surely find doing the same to her Snow to be just as enjoyable, particularly if she hated the girl even a fraction as much as he loathed the crocodile. "Tempting, isn't it?" he shot back cockily.
Pressing his fingertip to the very edge of his hook, he watched closely as the mixture of Regina's began to look ever more like a potion. Seeing magic in the works made his stomach boil, but it would be worth it in the end. "As for my crocodile, I've recently learned that there is a very specific weapon that must be used in order to rid the world of him," he informed casually. "Once your Snow has passed, I suppose we'll have to begin looking into how to obtain said weapon."

Killian laughed deeply at the girls openness towards physical attraction. "Just be careful lass, from what I hear many of them like to make little demi-gods. I'd worry for the world if a half god, quarter human, quarter wolf started to roam about." Despite his light words however, he couldn't help but think that such a creature would be formidable for even the Dark One. Hmm...

"I’d think it would be smart to be friends with the goddess of wisdom though." Ruby grinned and shook her head. "I don’t want you to get bored with me before we even land though." She leaned back against the railing of the ship and smiled. "I wouldn’t dare take something from the gods… Well maybe. I wouldn’t say no if a few of them offered a kiss."
