Okinawa throwbacks when I would live in my car Toby everyday and go to the beach after work and eat vending machine ice cream cones 🧜🏼‍♀️🌞🏝️

looking at past photos of myself to now makes me want to cry. I spent most of my early twenties overweight for my size after having my babies and struggled to lose weight. I developed an unhealthy relationship with eating and going to the gym way too much and didn’t realize how skinny I actually was till my higher ups expressed their concern with how drastically I was losing weight. I was 163 at my heaviest and 104 at my lowest. I’m 125 now, I eat a lot better, I don’t overexert myself in the gym, my skin and my overall body in general is a lot healthier now. I’m finally happy with how I look after five years of really hating my appearance and I’m v proud of myself for how far I’ve come 🥲
