Soi finds a complicated yet very interesting spell in the school's library (probably something for 6th years) and shows to the class. Everyone's like "hell yeah, let's do it!" and so magical fuckery ensues in typical Misfits fashion.
Nothing immediately happens so the kids just go about their classes as usual, but magical fuckery is still magic and young Kalego appears in the middle of the Royal One classroom just as Kalego's class was about to begin (he's not even surprised, the brats have been a bit too peaceful).
Absolute chaos takes over, young Kalego is silently awed by his older (manga current) self's success while possibly trying to fight the Misfits' chaos, and Kalego is dealing with his students in the ways a tired, strict, and loving father would.
At least the spell temporary and young Kalego won't remember a damn thing.
(TLDR: Misfits' Magic Fuckery TM, young Kalego meets his older self and discovers that he's inadvertently become the found family father of 12 uniquely impish demon children and 1 human child.)
apologies for the word vomit, the idea just keep going
Honestly... I feel like you've already written half of it. You should try it yourself. It would be great! We need more writers in the fandom!

What they call me
Never in a thousand years did kalego ever expect to be called that. It wasn't something he believed, suitable with his goals. But, as he's starting to realize with his current class, things were not often the way he wished them to be.
How did this happen? Where did it all go wrong? No... he knew exactly where it went wrong. There's only one brat to blame. IRUMA.
If not for him, he's sure all the others would have followed suit. That brat was the bane of his existence. How could one child cause so much trouble for him?
Iruma:
"Not like that!" "Huh?!? Oh! Do you mean like this?" "No you imbecile!!" SMACK! Why was he stuck tutoring this menace again?
"I did it!!" The boy cheered. "Finally." Kalego scoffed. Iruma beamed brightly at him. "Thanks, dad!" Kalego can feel his blood freeze.
What did he just say? Iruma ran off before he had a chance to smack him for his insolence! He groaned, laying his head on his desk. This would not bode well for him.
Lied:
He was right. Iruma had started domino affect among his students. He rubbed his temples. "Please, please, please!" Whined the young blonde.
"No." He said firmly. "THAT'S NOT FAIR!!!!" The little imp shouts. "How come those guys get to keep their phones?" He points at Jazz and Allocer.
"Because." The older demon growls through gritted teeth. "Those idiots have already completed their assignments. He turns the page of his book.
The child looks ready to explode. His cheeks puff and turn red. He screams out loud. "I HATE YOU DAD!!"
Soi:
The older demon glared down at the younger one. The lavender-haired boy was pouting. Kalego sneered. "I don't see how it's any of my concern."
"I need a guardians permission." The brat says stubbornly. "Then why not ask your damn mother?" He snaps. "Cause then father would find out."
The teacher let's out a frustrated growl. Cursing as he snatches the paper away and signing it. "Thanks dad." "I'M NOT YO-" The purple gremlin has already vanished.
Jazz, Allocer, & Kamui:
"Excuse me?" He narrows his eyes and turns to see an officer staring up at him. "Yes?" He asked with a frown.
The officer holds up three of his troublemakers. He can feel the veins in his forehead twitching. "Do these three belong to you?"
He stares directly at each one of his students annoyed by their pleading eyes. He looks the officer straight in the eye and says... "No."
The boys start to protest as he continues. "I've never seen these three in my life." He turns and starts to walk off.
"Nooooo!!!!!" "You bastard!" "I wonder what Opera and Balam-sensei will say when we tell them you left us here." He stops in his tracks.
He spins around and takes them from the officer. "I'll be sure to discipline them later." He grumbles. "It must be difficult being a single father." The officer laments.
The kids grin. Kalego glares at them. "Not... a... word." He seethe's. The boys laugh as they're drag away. "Yes, dad!"

Aizawa is a terrible teacher. I love Aizawa, but I love the fanon version of Aizawa. Even when he's a bad teacher in the fanfics, he's still better than the canon. But what made me realise what a crap teacher Aizawa is was Kalego. After watching Iruma-kun and starting to read the manga, I realised that Kalego, the uptight, grumpy, tired and kind of sadistic teacher who gives his students extra work just because he can, is everything Aizawa tries to be, but isn't. Because Kalego cares about his students in a way canon!Aizawa would never. Like, yeah, Aizawa would die for his students, but that is not due to the fact that his a good teacher. It is because he is a hero and that is what heroes do. While Kalego would also die protecting his students and even kill for them, he also pays attention to their needs as students. Half of the 1-A need help with their regular grades and the other half need help finding ways to use their quirks without hurting themselves. We all joke about Midoriya and his bone juice, but why does nobody think about giving that kid some extra help? Why didn't his homeroom teacher try to find a way for him to use his quirk without blowing himself? Or a way for Kamimari to use his quirk without frying his brain? Aizawa ignores de most basic things about his students' needs, like finding ways for them to use their quirks without damaging their bodies and health. Or the way Midoriya is around Bakugou, who tried to attack him on the first day and almost killed him on the second day. Kalego-sensei, on the other hand, took his time to make a personal notebook for each of his students and worried about finding ways to utilise their strengths regardless of how seemingly meaningless or nonsensical they may be and so many other things. Kalego-sensei cares about his class, about their growth and their future and is trying to find the best alternative for them. Everyone talks about what a bad teacher All Might is, but All Might is a rookie teacher with less than a year on the job (and nobody knows if he has a teacher's licence or not) while Aizawa is believed to be one of the oldest people on Nedzu's payroll. I am comparing Aizawa to Kalego because when I first saw Kallego, I thought he was the demon version of Aizawa. I now realise that if Aizawa were a third of the teacher that Kalego is, maybe these child soldiers would have a chance. When Iruma tried to do everything by himself/messed up, Kalego scolded him, obviously, but he made it clear that if Iruma had another problem, he could ask for help. Because Kalego is his teacher, and he's there to help him in any way he needs. But when Midoriya messed up/did everything by himself, well, they just yelled at him and made him feel guilty, and think that the solution isn't to ask for help or trust the adults next time, but to find a way not to get caught. Aizawa should spend a few days with Kalego and learn to be a real professional and a teacher who does what's best for the students.

My pupils
Ungrateful, Arrogant, Lazy, there were many words Kalego could use to describe his students. Many of them were imbeciles. Undisciplined. Hence why he was placed in charge of such a rowdy bunch.
He had had troublesome students before. It was no different than any other year he taught at the school. However... he never took into account how difficult the next few years would be.
To think it all started with one brat! The grandson of the chairdemon himself. He honestly wished he could have gone back in time and retired as soon as he heard about the attendance of such a creature.
His foolish pride had thought he could tame such a wild child within a few days. Having him easily under heel. He couldn't have been more wrong.
That little menace had the nerve to prove him wrong! Having no respect for authority and tuning him into a familiar. The audacity!
It wasn't just him that caused the teacher such a headache. No, he had twelve other rascals to handle as well. What did he do in his past life to enable such torture?
Individually, it probably wouldn't be so bad. But no... he had them all together. Everyday... for the next 6 agonizing years.
He often wondered if he'd survive such a daunting task for so long. Of course, his pride wouldn't allow him to quit. It would be shameful on both the school and his name if he were to do so.
So, as much as it pained him, he would stay. Despite the urge to resign. Truthfully, someone would probably drag him back even if he were to do so. Another irritating reality.
Some things were easy to brush off. Such as Allocers constant questions and interest in obtaining more knowledge. Just answer plainly offering research materials for reference.
Or working around Kerori's work schedule as an idol. As well as sending her study aids so she doesn't risk lowering her grades. Practically child's play.
Now, dealing with Jazz's sticky fingers could be annoying. Forcing apologies out of the young demon and attempting to keep the greedy child humble.
Not that it helped since he had an enabler like Lied. The cocky little imp thinking he could get away with such childish pranks so easily. He often had to discipline the pair.
Speaking discipline... he still needed to figure out a proper punishment for Kamui... again. Why is it so difficult for that bird brain to understand that the female students don't appreciate such actions? He has the nerve to call himself a gentleman with such an attitude.
At least he could say he's also seen growth in some of his students. Take Sabro, for example. That prideful attitude of his was far more manageable than when the child first arrived. Far more humble.
Or Soi, who constantly hid. Now, he actively participates and interacts with his classmates. A vast improvement.
If only he could get Picero to stop sleeping in class. That would be preferable. Instead, he constantly has to smack the drowsy teen awake.
Goemon has a rather interesting positivity. Now if only he could somehow apply that to his grades. That would certainly make things easier.
He wasn't amused by Elizabetta's attempts to get better grades by using her bloodline magic or flirting. He constantly had to remind his coworkers not to go easy on her just because of her looks. Although he was quite proud of how she handled the music festival.
Then, there was the matter of Iruma's two main subordinates. Or friends as he called them. The chaos that those two caused alone was a mountain of paperwork.
Never in a million years did he think that such a vigorous student like Alice could be so blinded by one individual. It's as if the boy forgot about his own growth. Does he have no dignity?
... thinking that he probably doesn't. Seeing as he's so obsessed with his superior that it's borderline insane. Not that clara is any better.
Her grades aren't exactly the best. Her loud, rambunctious attitude disturbs the other students attending any class she's in. Honestly, he's not sure what to do with such a wild thing.
He's half tempted to keep her on a leash to ensure she doesn't wander off. Although knowing that gremlin, she'd easily escape. If only she focused that energy on her assignments.
Still, despite all their flaws. Ignoring their constants defiance to the higherarchy. He would still admit they were his pupils.
He was their teacher. He would guide them into becoming powerful demons. He'd see them all graduate on time even if it'd kill him.

Can I just say that Kalego works so well as a teacher because he isn't just a mean teacher, he genuinely cares about his students and wants what's best for them? And also I like how Jazz secretly wants his classmates to look up to him and call him Big Brother ( I HC Jazz as being one of the oldest in the Misfit Class)
Right!!! I love Kalego, he reminds me of Aizawa! And the Jazz thing is sooo adorable. He just wants to be the misfits dependable older brother since his real big brother sucks so much. I think Iruma and Lied fighting over who is the little brother is so cute too! <3
