I have concocted a photo manipulation of myself on a “hoverboard” in a purely hypothetical scenario:

As you can see, it is nowhere near as elegant a method of transport as my beloved flying saucer. It offers very little added convenience when one has a buggy to ride in across the kingdom. The hoverboard may be an expedient method of travel inside my castle, but that would be unsafe!
