I don't like beating the dead petit bourgeois horse but I think the fact that this website (and social media at large) has such a consistent spring reaction against the concept of the petit-bourgeoisie as a class that still exists has a pretty clear conclusion. The imperial core's worker aristocracy can still be bought out by aspirations to own private property with all that implies, so despite all the left posturing, CPs have a lot of pending work with fighting the influence of capital’s lieutenants in the worker's movement
