The Helix Organization began as an experimental program by the same name in the ISO agency. It was pioneered by partners, Alexandra Bellmaker and James Toffer in the late 1990s and was active until 2004 when it was ultimately shut down.  The program was shut down due to its complicated procedures and consecutive failures which throughout its duration as an active program accumulated over 400(plus) deaths of test subjects. It was only able to produce two successful candidates.
The Helix program’s purpose was to introduce chemical enhancements and stimulation into agent’s bodies in order to boost their skillset beyond what it was, as well as make room for new ones to develop.
Essentially, James and Alexandra felt it was their purpose to create ‘super agents’. However, ISO pulled the plug and upon deciding to shut the program down it was also decided that every subject involved in the experimentation phase would be terminated. So, Alexandra and James went rogue. Their materials, data, and subjects were all believed to be erased, or stowed away behind false identities. The Helix Organization has since resurfaced and rumor has it, infiltrated ISO with proxy agents. No one is sure of their ultimate plan but they pose the ultimate threat to the agency.
Tumblr media
Although our story is about ISO, other private agencies are mentioned and play a role in telling the story. One such agency is called ‘The High Castle’. It is a Germany-based intelligence agency. They operate primarily on behalf of Germany and aid in counter-intelligence operations with the governing entity on the eastern parts of the globe.  The High Castle is a partner agency to ISO and has conducted several operations jointly sharing information and resources, as well as agents in some cases.
Tumblr media
The infamous private security agency, WARMIND, has been a well-documented enemy of ISO’s agents for at least a decade now. It seems to be their directive to consistently intervene in ISO operations abroad although no one has managed to trackdown their origin of operation nor has anyone come forward as the brains of the outfit. As far as anyone in ISO is concerned, WARMIND is just a loud, barking dog who sometimes nips. They haven’t managed to do enough credible damage to the operations overseas for ISO to determine them as a direct target.
Tumblr media
A cyber hacktivist group that has been attempting to reveal ISO to the world for years. This group tends to collect information, photos, and more on the operations in ISO and post them wherever they can on the web in order to bring awareness. ISO has yet to capture more than a single individual, whom the only captive they managed refused to speak to and could not be made to. The hacker now sits behind bars in a high-security facility known as a territory of ISO. The group, however, is still at large and making consistent attempts to expose ISO to the public.

The Garden is a string of franchise hotels that are owned and operated by employees of ISO to house and take after traveling or departing agents overseas domestically. It serves as a neutral ground for members. Strict set of rules that must be adhered to by guests of the establishment. Undoubtedly the biggest, most unyielding rule is that no business can be conducted on Garden grounds. Meaning no fighting, killing, or carrying out contracts is permitted anywhere in the Garden.
Failure to adhere to this rule results in excommunication from the Garden and, in the worst-case scenarios, execution. Another rule of the Garden hotels is that sanctuary must be bought. By using the currency. ( point system ) Another rule relates to excommunicate members of the Garden. If anyone involved aiding an excommunicated member, it can also be punishable by death.
Tumblr media
The academy of new recruit agents. This is the place where agents are brought after being recruited to be trained in various skill sets. Once agents get through initiation, then there is a bimestrial tournament in which any graduate can compete to have their name on the wall of fame. The new recruits’ training is divided into three stages that will test their physical, emotional, and mental strength. Sofia Greenwood, a veteran agent with class silver ranking, is the director at the compound and decides which territory each new graduate will be dispatched to. ( US, UK, JP, etc. )
Tumblr media
An international operation agency which communicated with agents on a 24/7 basis via phone, text, email, or in-person via a concierge. A group of male and female contract workers disguised as switchboard and call center operators. They are also in charge of processing and sending out files and bounties. Furthermore, some operators work in different nationalities.
Tumblr media
The bank of ISO Agents that handles the point system, operation ranks and agent’s profiles and information. It’s a hidden bank that only ISO Agents have access to secure their belongings, some agents may have small stashes stored in various banks around the world to ensure they can access important resources in an emergency.
Tumblr media
An appendage of the agency that handles the acquisition of assets that agents use for operations, cars, houses, weapons, attire, identities, doctors, etc. The winemaker is normally an expert in fine wines, but it’s a front for a high-end armory. Everyone is dressed to the nines. This is thanks to another of the Transits services, the tailor. In the back rooms of textile mills is a small shop where the tailor makes bespoke suits for agents. These suits are made to order and include a lightweight armor lining that can stop a bullet at range. Doctors, or docs, make house calls, they also have their own secret facility where they have a much larger selection of tools, equipment, and medication. Though they don’t offer the same support as a full-fledged hospital, they still have impressive skills and services, plus the added benefit of secrecy and protection from any rival agent seeking to get to their patient. Killing can be messy work, especially in House of Bullets. Since getting rid of bodies safely can be a risky task, The Cleaners make themselves available to dispose of bodies and clean up the scene for just some gold coins per body. Using a waste disposal company as a front, the cleaners are punctual, quick, and efficient, usually leaving little to no trace of bloodshed when they’re done.  The bodies are then likely taken to the basement of the Garden’s where they can be disposed of in a giant furnace. No faction can serve anyone who has been “excommunicated.”
Tumblr media
There are a series of agent-known bunkers, hideouts and armories hidden around the globe which are great for tucking out of sight if agents are being pursued by local authorities or uniformed government entities. These can be anything from a hole in the wall, houses, run-down hotels, or a high-level penthouse.

THE GOLD CURTAIN
The origins of ISO as an agency began with three comrades of war vowing their lives to end all wars and fight for peace. They called themselves the Gold Curtain. Now this is mainly discussed when referring to the timeline. The Gold Curtain was the time before Wyatt Bishop became the director of ISO.
THE BLACK CURTAIN
The Black Curtain is known as the era in which Wyatt Bishop became the director of ISO. Wyatt’s reign over ISO has proven to be more effective than his predecessor’s, as ISO has never seen such growth in its agents nor expansion in its territory. ISO now effectively operates globally with three major operational HQs around the world. This is all because of Wyatt. It’s very common for people to refer to ISO as ‘The Black Curtain’ primarily. This tends to be a respectful nod toward Wyatt Bishop.
THE GOLD HAND
The Gold Hand is the code name and ranked title given to the man most high in the agency; today that being Wyatt himself. When people, who most likely aren’t aware of his identity at all, refer to the top of the food chain, they refer to Wyatt, or rather the director, as The Gold Hand. The identity, appearance, and any other details surrounding Wyatt are shrouded completely in mystery until clearance levels above handler rank are given. From the handler rank down, most only know the mysterious director by the code name, The Gold Hand.
THE BOARD OF ISO
The board of directors, or board of ISO, consists of seven seats. The identity of each member is mostly surrounded in secret - even the bulk of the agency isn’t aware of them. It is known that there is a board, however, those who sit within it are completely unknown and left to speculation. It is the board’s responsibility to oversee the agency as a whole and vote on changes, hurdles expansion and profits. The answer only to The Gold Hand and it is their purpose to assist him in any way necessary for the betterment of ISO and its future.
THE RANKING SYSTEM OF AGENTS
The ranking system in the World of Bullets might seem complicated, but it is fairly simple. Those who sit on the board or assist the board members are considered GOLD rank. Beneath them are operational managers; directors of branches or special positions who carry out tasks completely alone. This rank is known as SILVER. It can also be given to those who oversee special facilities marked as agency domains.
Below the rank of SILVER is BRONZE. This rank is given to members of the agency who are designated with special tasks such as director of branches, R&D, or pre-operational units and their leaders. Those who survey countries or act as messengers or ambassadors of the agency.
Below the rank of BRONZE are the Directors of individual branches, then Operational Directors - those who oversee what operations become worthy of the agency. Below this is the rank of Handler. This rank is more or less a manager. They put together teams and oversee each team’s operation. They award points and document the oversight of each team.
Below the rank of Handler is the essential operative role; staff of each facility and within the network; computer technicians, armory guards, and check-in staff. The title of Agent is not considered a rank per se, but if you were to consider it one, it would be directly below Handler as they only answer to that rank and above. Not employed staff.
Each agent is also given a rank. They are as follows: Class S, being the highest, then followed by ( in order ) Class A, B, and D. The rank of agent signifies their placement on the board and their amount of points. Those who have accumulated more points obviously ascend in rank according to the Leaderboard. It is not a typical promotion; it's earned through points and operations cleared.
DIVISIONS AND DEPARTMENTS
—Medical Staff—Research and Development—Weapons and Armory —Survey Corp.—Analytics —Logistics—C.I. Recon—Network & Profiling—Investigation and Internal Affairs—Identity Format and Development—Automobile Transport, Mechanics, and Acquisition—Instruction and Educational
MISSION STATEMENT
It is ISO’s entire purpose to prevent wars across the globe before they have the opportunity to arise. This can be in the form of assassination, intel gathering, extraction, or infiltration. ISO will always — and has always — done whatever it takes to prevent war and encourage peace through deterrence operations.

SITE GUIDE
JOINING.
In House of Bullets, we have diverse characters in our story, and we’re always looking to expand. If you’ve read over our information outlining the group and found yourself interested, then this is your first to stop to begin joining the group. We’re looking for people who are interested in writing, creating, and growing. If you can’t handle criticism or have a hard time keeping up with a timely posting, or if communication is at all an issue for you—we’re probably not the group for you. If none of those things are an issue for you, then let’s jump right into it!
You’ll need to familiarize yourself with some of our terminology. In a separate location on our content page there is a listing with all organizations and functions of world building. Be sure to read the lore to better understand the world of House of Bullets. Once you read everything and have a basic understanding (I want to be clear that you don’t have to understand everything like the back of your hand.), you should shoot us a message on our admin page, which is also linked in the navigation.
If there are any questions you have that you were unable to find in our content we have an open-door policy, we encourage anyone to come to us with their questions. No question is a DUMB QUESTION. If you think you’re familiar with some of the words and understand the basics, try to check out our wanted ads.
If one of those characters strikes your fancy, message us about their availability. We stand by another policy; all roles are up for negotiation, meaning that you may request face changes or gender changes, as well as differences in personality and so on. We do not wholly expect everyone to play them to the “T” to how they are written. It’s very likely that we’ll encourage you to make the character your own and add or change whatever you feel fits your vision or muse for the character.
PROBATIONAL PERIOD
In House of Bullets, all members who are new or have just joined are immediately placed on a one-week probationary period. Meaning we expect them to be into a thread or writing as their character within a week. We attempt to maintain a specific activity standard due to the amount of care and passion our more generous writers within the group have.
This probationary period is a standard week from the time the person joins the group or is listed as being a member – until the seventh day at midnight. What we expect: we would love to see any sort of contribution. The probationary period ends after the first week. New members can abide this policy by writing a muse post, communicating daily in the group discord chat or group activities, or reaching out to members to get plots moving and a single thread posted.
ACTIVITY STANDARDS
As a group our plot is very fast paced. We tend to have members who write or reply daily to their threads. We are, however, very understanding of our members’ schedules and real-life happenings. If a member needs to take a week or two away, a single notice is all that we request to one of the admins.
A notice or any sort of communication regarding the absence. The truth is members who tend to be more active within the group usually have more from the group. They have the better stories, are the most developed, and are the most connected to each character.
Their stories tend to flourish and thrive, and due to this, they are promoted more in promotional material. Not out of favoritism but simply because of the amount of effort they’ve contributed. It becomes clear to the admins within the week probationary period which new members have come to write and which are there to chit-chat solely. We have no issue with small0talk, status-play or comment-back -and-forth, whatsoever.
We do STRESS that our main story happens within our group forum and that members are highly expected to post in the thread's activity each week. There is a two-week probationary period for all seasoned members at all times. If notice isn’t given and a member has become absent, they are liable for removal after a two-week period.
To help you better understand why we have these guidelines for activity standards— we pride ourselves on being a group of writers first. We, as a group, have always put writing first and likely will continue to do so. We chit-chat, we share ideas, we converse out of character, and we befriend one another; we chat about gaming, movies, television shows, etc. If in no way this hinders our ability to contribute. We do not mind being friendly, sociable, or contributing to that circle; if anything, we encourage our members to connect with one another and develop that chemistry.
WRITING FORMAT & STYLE
House of Bullets is a group that is based on forum-style. We have our admin account for help, aid, and communication with potential new members. Our main writing occurs within the group in the group section of the site. Our group is used as a one-column, all-necessary information hub with the forum attached to the navigation. All our canon and main story threads are archived publicly to other members in our forum. This can all be accessed by those who have been invited or have joined the group.
If you’re new to forum-style writing, don’t be afraid; someone within the group will without a doubt help you get more familiar and comfortable with it. The pros of hosting our threads in the forum for all members to read is that our story becomes more immersive. The world tends to feel more organic when writers can thoroughly enjoy the avenues and journeys of their peers. We tend to love every character in the group as much as our own and follow their journey equally. This allows us to really gain a full scope of the House of Bullets story and world.
Members can plot privately or publicly in our group chat on Discord. Most of our plots are member plotted, which means you are likely dependent on the conceive your own plots and story path within the group. If at all you find this difficult for you, members or admins within the group who are seasoned will help you without a doubt. We encourage you, once again, if at all you find yourself having trouble, message an admin! WE love to help; we enjoy it really. If you get stuck on a plot with another member, message us!
MAIN PLOT
Our group is somewhat of a sandbox-style role-play with an overall mega-plot in mind. Our main plot centers on the ISO Agents and their internal struggles. Most—if not all—characters are tied to this conflict in some way, shape, or form. Some characters who are more seasoned become reliant on their character-to-character connections for most of their present plots. ( this is the dramatic storytelling of -he said, she said- which then creates ripples and so on )
We usually find ourselves plotting event-driven plots or personal-driven plots. An event-driven plot is when a single event triggers multiple characters to be in the same place at the same time or react to a specific event equally. This helps connect the characters. Personally driven plots are when person A goes to person B about what person C did or said. Which could cause person A to trigger an event plot via his/her actions.
SEASON PLOT
A season is a period that stalls over the group as a whole. It’s a mega-plot, and it replaces the main plot for the group for a specific time period. The seasonal plot is usually a very widespread sort of plot that affects every character equally and forces them to react. It can be several events or a single event, usually changes the world as a whole as it concludes. Season plot happens in a spaced timeframe. There will never be a season immediately following a prior season, members will be allowed a grace period between seasons.
In this grace period, we refer back to the main plot to write our stories. So, to sum it up, if there is a season in effect – we write that plot as a whole. If there is no season, we write according to the main plot. Every plot, whether season or main, is expected to contribute to the group or characters involved in some way. Whether to world build or character develop.
WORLD BUILDING
We put a lot of effort and love into what we’ve created here with House of Bullets. Banter, side-stories, or (x), are allowed and encouraged. Find ways to tie that into the main story if it is unable to be publicly read. Our expectations are that anything considered to be world-building/change should be pitched to the admins, and then written publicly. Everyone needs to be able to have access to the same progressive information distributed by the story. We are a multiple-paragraph length site. We do have coding templates and if you do not post with any of them, one will be selected and applied for you. You must use a template when posting in the group.
They have no loyalty to one country but instead to peace itself. That is ISO, International Special Operations. The agency has operated in this manner for the last near-century. They have many branches within their organization. Most of the branches of this outfit, in fact, do not know each other. They are kept separate with their own list of rules, conducts, and operational manuals. In this world, agents compete for points in order to hit the leaderboard. The currency used by the agents is the very same points they earn. They can choose to spend them on material, equipment, lifestyle or leaderboard position. They can even bid on future operations with their point. All points are kept track of and accounted for by a digital bank developed and operated in-house.
CREATING A CHARACTER
Congratulations, you’ve made it this far in our adventure through the site guide. Which finally, finally, brings us to character creation. The whole reason for the guide to begin with. If you’ve read through the lore section, the settings section and managed to make it through the awfully lengthy guide — and you’re still interested, let’s begin creating a character.
We think the most important piece of any character is to make sure the MUSE for this character comes from within and not a trendy tv show. Here’s why, musing from a book or tv show that’s happening right at the moment, tends to create temporary inspiration for a concept. The concept needs to be the inspiration alone. Because if the TV show dies off or gets canceled and is the sole inspiration for your muse – your muse tends to die with it. Find a concept that you really relate to, that doesn’t get boring or old too quickly and then begin to design a character.
Okay, so let’s start with alignments. Do you see them with the ISO Agents? The High Castle, maybe Vend-89? Or is it The Helix Organization? Maybe just a civilian? After this, what sort of classification do they have? Are they high in rank or a newbie? Are they civilians trying to get into the agency? What’s special about this character? What makes them so important or unique in this world/story?
These are all questions that should be within your mind as you venture through the creation process. Ask yourself, if a part of this world can exist with or without this character, how do you insert them to change that? How do you give them relevance? It's important to try to stand out from the characters already in the group. So be sure to read up on who and what we already HAVE! As always, if you need help, message the admins! They’d love to help you in any way possible.

THE WORLD OF BULLETS
Welcome to our INFO HUB here you’ll be able to take a look at our everything-you-need-to-know about our group HOUSE OF BULLETS.
The world in which the story takes place is very similar to our modern world as it is today. However, beneath the surface of our world exists a shadow world of sorts. We’ve been lied to. There are multiple active and fully operational private intelligence agencies waging war against - war. That’s right.
Our story focuses on one of the best in the business, ISO. Its name is general and broad: International Special Operations. It began in the early 1900s and has grown to be a global phenomenon, dare I say, a world all its own. See, things work differently in the World of Bullets. Agents compete for wealth and status in a social ecosystem of other agents, high-ranking officials, and urban myths.
Everyone wants their name etched into history and to become a legend. The only way to the top is death - or damn near close. Agents accumulate points and rank position on the leaderboard, whoever the top agent is, is not only the highest paid but takes priority when advanced ranked positions become available. It elevates their status and gives them a pull in the world. They go from working the fields to growing the fields and hiring their own workers. Early retirement, anyone?
Every agent's dream is to quit killing for a living and start living and making a killing. The only way out is through. There isn’t a single murder, explosion, scandal, etc., for which ISO doesn’t have the influence or funding to cover up. So, when things seem chaotic, and the news assures you it’s just a weather balloon, it's not…
GOVERNMENT RELATIONSHIPS
As it stands, the world is entirely unaware of ISO and its operations. That’s right. They operate entirely in secret. The entire agency is a secret. Most presidents or prime ministers aren’t even aware of it. That’s because ISO is autonomous. They aren’t given permission, but due to the Director’s influence in the pool of world leaders, no one would dare question the purpose of an agency such as theirs.
However, some government officials do recognize the agency and utilize them for their effectiveness. It’s not uncommon for governments to offer contracts to various private agencies such as ISO for assistance with one threat or another. It’s also entirely possible that various governments sell and give away information on other intelligence agencies, governments, terrorist cells, or targets who pose a threat to peace.
TECHNOLOGY
The R&D division within the agency is second-to-none. So, it goes without saying that the agents have access to all sorts of gadgets and technology that aren’t publicly available—or known of. This sort of section is loosely defined because the sort of tech that can be used by the agents is mostly up to the writers to be creative with. It’s best to use this creative freedom power with reason. The world is modern-based, so there isn’t any sort of level of supernatural unless explained by a form of technology.
Communication ear-pieces, nano-tech, suits which enhance mobility, reflexes and speed-strength are entirely viable. Vehicles fitted with unusual tech such as conversion to submersible automobiles, or even flight are considered normal. The range of technology in this world walks the line between Kingsman and John Wick - so, likely, what you could imagine would be used.
CURRENCY + POINTS SYSTEM
The World of Bullets operates on a point system, which is used as the currency in and around the agency and its affiliations. The point system is entirely digital and lives on the barcode each agent is given once they’re recruited. This barcode is invisible on the skin but can be scanned by specialized lasers created by the agency to do so. The vendors who use these sorts of points are those who are specific to the agency or its affiliations. That means an outsider who is not employed by the agency may take points in exchange for help due to being able to hire an agent or place a contract order with the points. It’s possible for civilians to use the points or accept them as payment.
The agents acquire points after completing operations given to them by their handlers or contracts placed by the agency itself for all divisions; UK, JP, and US. The more difficult the operation, the higher the points. The more operations cleared, the higher the leaderboard ranking. The points also have something to do with this. Clearing higher ranked operations mean more points, more points can also be used to place agents on the board. The board is accessible via every safe house or agency-affiliated outpost and building. It is also accessible via mobile phone by scanning their own barcode with its camera.
Points can be used to buy houses, safe houses, bunkers, cars, boats, weapons, tech, etc. Anything you would use money for, or rather, Bitcoin - I suppose. It is a digital form of currency.
LEADERBOARD
The leaderboard is a legendary part of the culture in the World of Bullets. It’s the names on the board that get remembered and the best jobs. If you want more explosions, more high-risk, high-value targets, hits, etc. Then, being placed high on the leaderboard is your mission. How? Accumulating cleared status by your handler rewards you with points; the more points + mission cleared = higher ranking placement.
The names on the leaderboard become celebrities, they even tend to mount their own code names based on their proficiency. If an agent fails a mission, they get moved down the board. If an agent goes rogue, they get removed entirely. They get placed instead on the ‘wanted’ board which also has its own top ten and rankings.
CULTURE
The culture in this kind of world tends to lean toward reputation and merit. Honor is not something that is entirely praised except by default. What is however praised is legend, story, and what’s known about an individual.
Death is viewed differently among these lot, it’s a commodity, a given, as much as a car with headlights; in this world you do not perform ops without the possibility of death around every corner. Most agents tend to avoid leading normal lives as functioning members of society, although it has been done.
Each agent has two identities, their code names and their real names. The code name is the one that belongs to the Bullets, the real name is unknown and kept safe from the agents known as peers. It’s not uncommon for an agent’s true identity to surface, nor for other agents to attempt to harm or limit those who become known in order to give themselves an advantage on the leaderboard.
ISO does not view agents attacking other agents with grace, but not much outside of protocol interviews is done about it either. This does not mean that agents are able to kill one another; that would result in being branded as Rogue, which immediately is ordered KILL ON SIGHT for all other agents. There are positions in the agency specifically designed to hunt and kill rogue agents.
All agents are human and therefore succumb to human desire; love, intimacy, physical needs. It is common for agents to hook up or even begin romantic relationships, however, to go further requires a license of approval from the director of the given branch which must be filed and received before the agents can further their relationship.

Since 1901, a secret-private intelligence agency has manipulated the war-industry of the world from behind the scenes. This agency was founded by the four superpowers: Britain, China, Japan, and the United States. This agency acts autonomous of the other moderate government entities and operates entirely of their own accord to prevent World Wars. Their operation comprises three branches in modern times: US, UK, and JP. The agency has come to be known as ISO - short for International Special Operations, or ‘The Black Curtain’.
In the present day, ISO has built a shadow-world around their existence which consists of secret safe houses, sleeper agents, hotel and restaurant chains and several operational front buildings in major cities. They exist outside of law and because of this are immune to regulations and guidelines in accordance with legal obligations or expectations. For decades, ISO has dispatched its agents through its ‘Handler + Agent’ system to various countries to perform high-risk operations. These operations are, or, typical involve a high-risk, world or country threatening event or occurrence.

After a UK branch agent is killed in an unusual way, rumors begin to swirl of a mole within the agency. Someone has been leaking information which has resulted in the murder of over twelve different agents of different divisions. In New York, during an ordinary operation two agents discover the rumor not only to be true, but to be connected to a dark past that paints a new light on the agency that ‘protects’ the world.
James Toffer, the original Banshee agent has taken his life in order to ensure information regarding the darkside of the agency is released to the public. His partner, Alexandra, is also believed to be dead — so then, how is it that rumors of the Helix Organization have struck a chord with the upper echelons of the board? What is true, and what are lies?

We all know the annoying teacher’s pet when we see them. Look no further than Jeremiah Belle, Donovan Marcus’ favorite surrogate son. Jeremiah was one of the first agents that Donovan recruited when he became a handler. Jeremiah showed a lot of promise and proved fruitful when he turned heads, landing his name at the top of the leaderboard early on, and it’s been there ever since. Jeremiah is a ghost, an enigma, and no one ever sees him coming. He is the ideal agent. His name sits among those spoken of in conversations of ‘legends in the making.’ However, Jeremiah has a secret. Not everything is as it seems, and the world may be just about to spin on its head.

faceclaim // naomi scott
status // taken  role
current affiliation // iso agent
bio.
Nora was a sophomore in college when she got a little ahead of herself and stumbled into a part of the web where information that shouldn’t be decrypted was. She got a little too nosy and managed to break right through ISO’s cybersecurity network and discover an entirely new world. In response, ISO recruited her. The moment Nora was brought into the US office, she went to work rebuilding their cyber infrastructure with a team of her own. She worked remotely most of the time and accompanied teams abroad with operations tasked by her boss, their handler, Donovan Marcus. According to her, her life is a dream, and it’s always been her mission to make a difference in the world. However, lately, she hasn’t been sure that she’s on the right side.

From there, he served in the armed forces and retired as a legendary warrior, green beret, and combat veteran. No one can be sure how many kills he racked up in the middle east but to some he’s the boogeyman. Now, a New York City detective on the verge of retirement, he’s chasing his own white whale and refuses to quit until he’s got it in his hands - watching life flee.

CATERINA GAMBINO
details.
age // 31
faceclaim // eiza gonzalez
status // taken  role
current affiliation // Gambino family
bio.
The princess of Italy - she’d say. The daughter of the fabled and historied Don Gambino—Caterina grew up playing hide and seek under tables full of guns and poker games in rooms of cigar flumes and casual talk of where to put the bodies. It’s no wonder she’s as hardened as she is. Most are desperate to discover if she has a heart. Suffice to say, Caterina is as girly-girl as it gets. She’s a very powerful woman, both mentally and emotionally. It takes a stern facade to deal with running her father’s operations now that he’s passed and she has taken over. She’s cruel and sweet, spicy and kind, and alluring to the eyes. The only thing sharper than her tongue is her knife. The only purpose she serves now is making sure that the Gambino family rules New York City before all is said and done. With a shadow war waging all around her, that may prove to be more difficult than she thinks.

HAVEN-LYNN CROWE
details.
age // 30
faceclaim // lily james
status // taken  role
current affiliation // high castle agent
bio.
Haven has always been good at nearly everything she’s ever done. Her mind is just in its own league. She was graduating from college classes by the age of sixteen. The media had a field day with her. When the government became aware of Haven’s abilities and incredible IQ, she became all but its possession. At her core, Haven is desperate to belong and fit in somewhere. She has always felt isolated or different, and many do a great job of reminding her that she is. Haven eventually found herself recruited into Germany’s own private intelligence agency known as High Castle, where she is known as the Black Bird of Germany, or simply “CROW”. It’s here in this role that she has finally found herself nested in conformity. She feels she belongs and has a purpose beyond just what her mind can do. She, more than anything, wants to be challenged and only one person in her whole life has ever truly done so.

NATALIE ROSS
details.
age // 30
faceclaim // phoebe tonkin
status // taken role
current affiliation // iso agent
bio.
She grew sea legs before she could crawl. Natalie was born into a family of sailors; her father, a sailor-turned-boat-maker, settled with his wife in Nova Scotia on a cliff’s edge home. They became lighthouse keepers, and her father built boats for the local fishermen until his untimely death. Natalie’s father’s passing affected her more than anything else in her life. She was what some might call “gifted” in that she had a photographic memory. When James Toffer, a friend of her father’s, discovered this – he recruited her upon the right age. Natalie Ross is a carefree, high-spirited girl who always attempts to see the absolute best in everyone she meets. Because of this she’s often overlooked as a quirky, nerdy, spunky, wallflower who talks to trees. However, she is one of the most effective recon and intel agents in ISO’s US offices to date. Natalie’s ambition is to see the world, and if ISO allows her to do so, then she’ll ride the wave.

bio.
“GG” grew up in Arizona on a ranch that was family-owned, and in a desperate move to help provide for her rather large family, she landed multiple jobs in the city until Hollywood knocked on her door. Georgia became an award-winning actress before ultimately being recruited into ISO. Upon entry into the agency, she was immediately paired with James Toffer as her handler. From there, the two worked closely in the Helix Program until it was inevitably shut down. Georgia Ortiz is a highly skilled marksman with record-shattering long-shot precision and multiple accolades under her belt.
