Trust ranks aren't really complicated, but it's kind of hard to work on getting all of them. Here are some tips!

All information under the cut. If you have any questions, feel free to send an ask!

I highly suggest making a notes or doc with everyone. This is how I formatted mine:

I listed every character, colored by group, and will cross out when I got their rank. (Yes, that means I will have to cross out twice, but I find this is the easiest method)

A few notes: Everyone within a group has a trust rank with with each other. And Miku has a trust rank with everyone, so honestly I didn't put her on this list.

This just makes everything easier when I'm building a team to work on trust ranks instead of having to flip and see 'do these people even have trust ranks together? Do I already have this trust rank?'

My method of doing this is choosing one person I want to work on (Currently, I'm working on Emu because of the To The Gleaming Stars event) and then fill the rest of the team with people who have trust ranks with them.

Whoever is the sub-leader gets more trust rank points then the rest of the team, so whenever I get the sub-leaders trust rank I'll swap it out with someone else on the team, essentially just having them trade spots.

What my partner suggests (but.. I jump around too much for.. but it’s good advice!) is get everyone’s trust rank within a team first. But personally, I like to go based off of events, such as everyone on my team right now gives me bonus for the current event.

There's a lot of trust ranks and it's time consuming, but good luck! You got this! <3

How to get more Crystals!

Here are some tips on how to get more Crystals! I'll probably add onto this list as I find out more ways (and remember more ways). List is under the cut!

I'm going to start this with easy ways for beginners to more advanced ways (takes more items/time/skill):

Chat with characters! Go to a place and see the little guys talking? You get 10 crystals for a new conversation

Get score rank in all the songs! You get 10 for a C, 20 for an B, 30 for an A, and 50 for an S. I personally can't get S ranks on my own, but I can during co-op if I'm lucky!

Rank up decorations, both the trees and flowers and the Sekai decorations. This helps increase your trust rank which is an easy way to get more crystals!

Get high scores on challenge shows. Make sure to unlock more characters challenge show options.

Increase your mastery on characters. These take wish pieces, but for one star characters they can be very cheap and an easy way to increase character rank to get reward crystals! One stars only take 5 crystals, 2 stars take 10, 3 stars take 50.

If you can, get full combo's on hard, you get 50 crystals per song

Get the third combo streak (20 crystals) and the full combo (50 crystals) for expert, and the same with master (20 and 50).

Watch everyone's side stories! Start with the one stars as they take the least amount of items and work your way up. You get 25 crystals for the first side story and 50 for the second!

Do you want some advice on how to full combo songs?

Here is everything I can suggest! This may include things that are 'common sense' or that you already know, but this is everything I know!

I highly suggest playing index finger. I am biased because I started on index, but I have played a bit with thumbs and it is not fun. Even if you're on phone, I highly suggest setting it down and doing index.

Make sure your timing is set correctly. Personally, I don't do this with the 'calibrate with preview'. I choose a song and make sure I tap with the music, I don't pay any attention to if I'm 'late' or 'early', I just make sure I'm tapping with the music. If I am early a LOT, I will + by .1 or .2, and if I'm late a lot I'll -.1 or .2. Then try another song, and see if it helps!

Turn up the note speed. This is something that takes a long time, at least for me. Don't just jump from 7 to 10, work it up by a small amount (add 0.5 or even just 0.1 every day or so). That's how I went from playing at speed 10.6. But! I want to remind, speed isn't everything. For the longest time, my max speed was about 8 because any faster would cause me to freeze up. And that's perfectly fine. The perk to speeding up is its easier to tell the notes apart, so find the balance where you have enough time to react but also the notes are spread apart enough

Start with an easier song. This might sound obvious, but mostly its to work up the confidence. If you normally play on hard, start with a normal song. If you normally do expert, start with hard.

Make sure to pay attention to the song level. Honestly, I find the song levels to not be completely accurate, but it is a good guide. Stick with the same difficulty and work up the song levels. And don't be put down if a song is hard but it has a low level. Not all song levels are equal, try another song with the same level.

In theory, doing a song thats lvl 23 on hard and lvl 23 on expert should be the same, but I don't find thats always the case. So don't beat yourself up if the expert song is too hard. I highly suggest working your way up all the hard song levels, then start with the lowest expert song. This applies to any levels, but I just used hard and expert as examples.

Practice every day. Even just one song! Pick one song you really like and play that every day. For me, I absolutely LOVED The Vampire, so I played it every day. FCing it on hard was one of my first accomplishments.

Lastly, pay attention to where your eyes are. Instead of looking near the bottom of the screen at where you're tapping, get a feel for the screen and keep your eyes at the top.

As I said, a lot of these may be common sense, but these were things I had to learn on my own with time, and my hope is maybe this could benefit even just one person. If you have any questions of your own or even suggestions, send an ask or leave a comment! Have a good day!

What are some ways to get music cards and cover cards?

Music cards allow you to buy more songs at the music shop, right next to the music shop is a cover shop! This list is to be updated as I find out more information!

Here are some ways to get music cards:

Watch all the event stories! I got a TON from just those alone

During events, save up some event tokens and trade. You can get one song with just 3000 event tokens

Once a day, you can watch an ad to unlock a song. This is my preferred way instead of spending tokens since its basically free for us! However I know this would take FOREVER if you don't have most of the songs unlocked, but this is how I just finished buying all the current songs

Here are some ways to get cover cards!

Increase character ranks! At certain ranks, you will get a cover card for that specific character

During events, you can buy a cover card voucher for 30,000 event tokens. It's a lot, but it allows you to buy a cover card for ANYONE

Group specific cover card vouchers allow you to buy any from a specific group. Trade these and the cover card vouchers under the 'voucher exchange' under the exchange tab in the menu.

What are Gacha Sticker Vouchers, Limited Gacha Sticker Vouchers, and what is the difference?

If you've ever went to a gachas exchange, you've likely seen both of these. More under the cut!

Essentially, what they do is turn 10 of a gacha's stickers and make them into a 'voucher'!

Go to the exchange under the menu (or go to a gacha) and click one of the characters. Scroll down and you can exchange the vouchers for 10 tokens! Since I can't dump enough gachas to buy one of the characters within a time a gacha is active, I turn them into the vouchers to save them since they're not specific to the gacha.

So basically, they allow you to save up and buy more characters! Get 30 of the vouchers over time and you can buy a character! It's slow but worth it in my opinion!
