I wonder how Tony's dick would taste like. I wonder if itll twitch if I run my tongue along its underside. I want to know how it feels to swallow him down and welcome him into my throat. I wonder what kind of sounds he'll make.

Can you imagine if Ironman 1 FREAKY Stark met Peter instead of less freaky more "responsible" tony in civil war?? 😭 oh my GOD that kid would be DEAD AS HELL
Tony eating a donut: "sorry- who are you again?"
Peter: "I'm your intern.. I have been for like a month-"
Tony nodding and not listening at all: "yeah yeah whatever- listen I have a job for you."
Peter fully believing it's superhero related: "seriously? What is it-?"
Tony: "pepper banned me from the fridge.. In there you will find a large half full bottle of the best whisky I have ever drank. I need you to use your sticky gross kid fingers and grab it for me kay?"
Peter: "okay.. what if I get caught??"
Tony: "don't. Just hurry up kid."
Tony walking into the room: "pepper says we have to bond I'm taking you to a party"
Peter: "cool!! What kind of party?"
Tony: "the kind where you wait outside and let me gamble like a normal adult, if someone offers you cocaine just don't take it, I don't wanna deal with that"
Peter:
Peter: "can we get food on the way..?"
Tony: "see this is why I like you kid"
Pepper: "Tony I fired Peter. Your a horrible influence and an even worse caretaker!"
Tony: "so you hate me"
Pepper: "no?? You just can't take children to parties!"
Tony: "But he's my emotional support child??? Do you really want me to kill myse-"
Pepper: "Tony! That is not funny!"
Tony: "it is a little bit, what was his name again?"

I love this scene.
Tony is telling Fury, "Why shouldn't the guy let off a little steam?" But he's not just making a flippant joke about Bruce letting off steam—he is deliberately getting Fury's attention.
Initially, Tony is looking at Bruce. Then he sees Fury walking towards Bruce and telling him he "needs to step away". Tony is like, hell no. He doesn't want Bruce to feel othered. So he theatrically swings his arm out and starts messing with Steve, the person in closest proximity, to create a diversion. He doesn't look at Steve—he's still looking at Fury, chin up in defiance as if to say, leave Bruce alone. If his remark about Bruce letting off steam doesn't stop Fury, he knows the ruckus with Steve will.
Fury stops walking. Tony has achieved his goal, so he looks at Bruce again, and he gives him a reassuring smile. He is saying implicitly: I trust you, and I have your back. I won't let them hurt you. And by the way, that "joke" about letting off steam? It really is okay to get angry sometimes. I love you, bud.
Tony picked a fight with Fury and Steve to get the attention off Bruce, and show him that he's in his corner.
#that's my shayla right there#science bros#bruce banner did nothing wrong#i will die on this fucking hill#nick fury eat my ass

Tony has been told his whole life that he’s selfish, narcissistic, not the type of person to lay down on the wire to let another person cross, not worthy of being a hero, nothing without his suit, overall a ‘bad person’. I think it would mean the world if someone he thought highly of (Peter) (the epitome of pure intentions, integrity, and love) was certain he was good too.
I wouldn’t think Tony’s usually told that he’s good. I think he would know it partly, because he’s not an idiot; he KNOWS he’s done good, but he would think he has done just as much bad. Realistically, I think a sentence with the words ‘you’ and ‘a good person’ is something he needs to hear.

My favourite part about the scene in endgame where tony says, “Mr. Rogers, I almost forgot, that suit did nothing for your ass,” is the fact that how Steve responds with an unimpressed, “No one asked you to look, Tony,” sounds like they’ve had this conversation before

Iron Man 1 really said "the actual bad guy is the white capitalist who is selling arms under the table to both sides in order to extend the war and make as much money from it as possible," and Iron Man 2 really said "the white capitalist who gives a platform to people with bad intentions in order to make a buck is the reason the bad intentions have the opportunity to prosper and cause untold damage," and Iron Man 3 really said "the real terrorist is the white capitalist who will create and use fear to manipulate governments and the public in order to sell a product," and I really don't think enough people recognise this.

you know even if a homeless person or a starving person is in that position because of their own "bad decisions" i don't care. it doesn't matter. no supposed financial misstep is enough to condemn someone to homelessness or poverty.

Bit out of nowhere from me but I hate hate HATE how nowadays comic book writers who have never touched an Iron Man comic before write him as a tech bro without any kind of class awareness
As if Tony hasn't canonically been homeless and almost died because of it
As if there weren't lots (and I mean LOTS) of Iron Man comics that are a direct critique of capitalism because no matter how intelligent and talented Tony is, he loses a lot of money because he focuses on doing the right thing and not on making the line go up
As if Iron Man didn't have lots and lots of old comics warning about climate change and global warming
And I blame 1) The Civil War comic and 2) The MCU for this
